This place is a disrespect to prospective customers, because that’s what students are… CUSTOMERS! I work a very demanding schedule. Any other healthcare worker will tell you that you can’t just call out. First you have a duty to your employer relying on you to take on the patient load for the day; moreover, you also have a set of patients that are relying on you.
The admissions representative is not up to par. Admissions representatives are also mentors, and that he fails to accomplish by a 10 foot pole. I find that he is clueless when it comes to the healthcare world. I think it would be beneficial for him to be as flexible as possible and customer service classes. I never officially made appointments. I would just ask what time they would open and stated I would stop by IF I COULD… NO GARANTEE. I spoke to him a couple times and told him that I might see him. He would just say OK. The very last time I spoke to him, the class was due to Start January ⁴⁄₅ and I spoke with him on the 28^th of December. He said I could go in and take the test, but he could not guarantee me a seat. There is a non– refundable $ 75.00 fee when you take the test. So basically, he’ll take my $ 75.00 even tough He CAN’T GUARANTEE me a seat… that’s for-​profit for you. I’m not going to sign a huge $ 30,000 loan over to someone who on failed to delver service as I expected for that price tag. I won’t be recommending this school to anyone. Check out the LVN Board of Nursing for a lst of schools. Take a tour and intrview the professors and admissions representative. There are plenty of options. If you decide to enroll, just make sure you do after you have done yur research. There are cheaper schools with flexible schedule and well mannered people.
