Another cheapy discount store(and many items are 99cents) worth going to. I love their hair clips, there are a variety of sizes, but they have the jumbo size that hold well — 3 for 99 cents. Lots of school supplies, some arts & crafts supplies, home goods, canned & dry foods, drinks, pet supplies, the aisle that all the men like roaming down — small gadgets, tools, small electronic accessories, home repairs, car stuff, etc., just all around different stuff that I can’t think of right now, they have. You just have to come out and take a gander. I also seen some brand name stuff — Joe Boxer(yes Kmart) but the socks, under shirts, etc and it’s pretty decent. This is one of those, if you are going to hit all the 99 cents stores(and the one Dollar Tree store and the Fallas Paredes/Big Lots, etc) on Hawthorne Blvd, you have to make a pit stop here, no questions about it, you’ll find something here you’ll need or can’t live without. It’s pretty clean and organized with wide aisles too. Parking accessible.

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this little gem. Even though I love the 99 Cents store, I will come here because I can find things for cheap that are pricey elsewhere. Bought an adorable zippered fabric case for my 10″ tablet for 3 bucks, and a huge laundry bag made out of upholstery material for 5 bucks. Not everything is 99 cents but they do have a lot of the same things as the 99 Cents store chain. I go thru a lot of office supplies, and even a discount store wants $ 2.37 for one bottle of liquid paper. Here they are two for a buck. I really like this place!

Yeah, this might be a gang turf war thing going down. Down the street is a 99 cent store and a Dollar Tree. Each one as cheap as the next. In this day and age, these kinds of businesses are a god-send. I only came in cause I needed hangers. A $ 1 excursion. But it turned out to be a $ 12 gold-mine find. Cruise down their aisles one-by-one and I dare you NOT to buy anything. And they sell those fighting fish too. What the hell is that all about?

This store has a fantastic and beautiful arrangement of office supplies. Pretty, unique and high quality binders($ 1-$ 3) for same ones at office max(for $ 5-$ 10!). Also a truly fine array of all types of pens — lots of fine tipped ballpoints, felt tip-style marker-pens and I even found fine-tipped gel pens that highlight! They also often have Cascadian Farm products like granola bars and even gluten free cereals for only $ 1.

Talk about a one stop shop, this store has everything you need and more. I’ve been coming here for years and the owners/staff is what really makes this business special. Checkout line is fast. If the cashiers are busy the owners aren’t shy to help you with your purchases. Seasonal items and regular items are always stocked with a large variety of items that I never see at other dollar store chains.

This is a great shop where I can find wonderful vases and containers at a great price for our Floral Business. The service is lovely and there are always great finds to be found.

Went in on 2 seperate occassions and same lady cashier try to charge me $ 5.95 for four .50 bags of cake mix. When i confronted her that she was waaay overcharging me, she just panicked and laughed it off saying«Fine! God! 2.00 then.» I said«It SHOULD be 2.00» and she said«yea it says it in the bag and it should be but haha whatever…» again laughing it off. Im all like«each bag is 50 cents and i have four and youre gonna over charge me and try to play it off like im the idiot?!» Seriously people, if you choose to buy from this store i highly suggest you keep your guard up or they’ll try to take advantage of you. This store is suppose to help those with low incomes and this lady is gonna try to steal from them like that? Tasteless.
