Dr. Rome and sherry were great and very helpful. They didn’t push products like most dentist. Definitely coming back!

The staff so far is very nice (everyone is new) I’ve been coming here for a quite a few years so I knew all the staff by name so that was kind of a shocker to walk in to all new people, because the last time I was there was in March 2015… they have also done some upgrades to there dental equipment which is cool… they are stepping into the new millennium… I so far like the fact that they are willing to work with you on getting the best prices for the dental work.

Both the doctor and the dental hygienist that I worked with we’re very skilled and thorough. The front office team was very helpful and knew my insurance plan very well. I felt like the entire staff really had my best interest at heart.
I WAS VERY HAPPY with the services i received. I will definitely continue as a patient at this office.

If there was a negative star it would be to high of a rating for this place. I went here to get my teeth cleaned. On my first and only visit there I was taken into the X-​Ray room because I had never been there before and I had no records on file there. (makes sense) when the young woman that was taking my X-​Rays would set the machine in place walked out of the room the arm of the machine would swing on it’s own almost hitting me in the face. She would hurry back in and apologize profusely, but this happened about five or six times. I should have known then that this would become an experience that I would not forget. After the X-​Rays were taken I was given an exam by a doctor, the doctor set up an extensive plan including night guards for my grinding teeth (I do not grind my teeth, and never have.) and a deep cleaning. I was then told that they would start the cleaning in a few minutes. After waiting 10 – 15 minutes a woman came into the room and said that there was possibly an issue with my insurance, but that they would take care of it as soon as possible. The woman returned 10 minutes later to tell me that the treatment that was prescribed for me would cost $ 2,000, but since I had insurance it would only cost me the low low price of $ 780. I explained to the woman that I did not want to have a night guard or any of the other snake oil treatments the doctor had prescribed, I just wanted my teeth cleaned. The Woman responded by saying that they could not change the doctors Diagnosis, of course they had just removed the night guard from the list of things that were (Necessary) to have done. In the end I explained that I could not afford to pay $ 350 out of my own pocket, they told me that they would not give me a regular teeth cleaning, and I left. Of course the Dentist still made money off my X-​Rays and exam. I felt as if I had been fleeced, and that they would have liked to fleece me even more if I had let them. I recommend that people steer very clear from this place, if they want to be treated decently. The doctor’s name is Dr. Anna Lisa Talasazan, I’m not sure what Hippocratic oath she took but she should be ashamed.
