I started the Kabardian Group after 15 years working as an entrepreneur, Fortune 500 executive and management consultant. At the Kabardian Group, we combine a unique blend of strategy and marketing to deliver real-​world, cost-​effective impact that helps our clients to increase revenue, improve profits and grow.

Business Owner

Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked as an entrepreneur, consultant and Fortune 500 executive. I started my career as an entrepreneur, starting and selling a half dozen small ventures. I began my corporate career as a consultant at Oliver Wyman (formerly Mercer Management Consulting). I went on to work as an executive at a Fortune 500, worked in private equity for a bit and then came back to consulting before launching my current business, the Kabardian Group.

I earned my undergraduate degree in International Studies from Vassar College, and hold my MBA from NYU Stern.

We lucked into our relationship with Jonty. I have two businesses, U.S. Elite (
) and CrossFit SOAR (
). Jonty and his family work out at CrossFit SOAR, and that’s how we got to know him. He is obviously extremely bright, but normally I have a little bit of hesitance working with consultants. With Jonty we first tried StratMark and frankly I was very impressed with both his strategic insights as well as his pragmatic approach to getting things implemented. From my perspective it’s really refreshing that he’s not only been a big-​time consultant, and Fortune 250 exec, but that he’s been an entrepreneur too. Great combo.
With StratMark in hand I brought him onboard as CMO. He’s been awesome, again both in larger strategic initiatives as well as very practical every day issues. He has introduced three initiatives that offer exponential growth potential for the company. To be clear, each one of the three separately and discretely has grand slam potential. And he’s also very creative and solution-​oriented, always with ROI in mind.
I love working with Jonty. I feel like I’m getting a world-​class resource that would normally be out of my current reach. In my past life I was an investment banker (thus explaining my feelings about consultants, ha-​ha) and an exec/​board member at a publicly traded company.
