In June of 2013, Attorney Steven A. Seiden represented a very satisfied client, in a federal criminal case set in the United States District Court, Western District of Missouri, Kansas City, Missouri. The Law Office of Steven A. Seiden attained a major victory when the Federal Magistrate Judge granted a Motion to Suppress Evidence and held that a Fourth and Fifth Amendment violation was committed by the law enforcement agents who arrested the client. The illegally seized evidence was suppressed, and the indictment was dismissed by the U. S. Attorney. Please see the case of United States of America v. Ricardo V. Castro, 959 F. Supp. 2d 1205 (2013). This is a published opinion in the Federal Reporter.
