I purchased Pilates Fusion in July of 2014 and moved to Hawthorne in September.

I have been an avid Pilates student and Spinner for the past 7 years. I fell in love with Pilates immediately; I was always active and exercised regularly but nothing transformed my body like Pilates did. I felt stronger than I had ever felt and noticed positive changes in not only my appearance but overall health and well being. My teacher and previous owner, Maren Rosenbach, taught me that no matter your age or fitness level, health and strength are not only possible but achievable in a fun and safe manner. I loved the combination of Pilates and Spinning to get both my strength and cardiovascular goals met.
