Mrs. Debra Rosenblatt should not be in practice anymore. What a rude personality besides her work. She had my teeth a shambles. It’s been over 2 years since I’ve seen here and I am still working on fixing my teeth by another group because she wouldn’t finish JUST ONE TOOTH. She would keep saying you have another tooth that needs help.
Boy oh Boy I hope people read this, this woman destroyed my entire mouth. I never ever had a cavity in my life. Until I went to see her. She gave me what I wanted without a thorough check of my teeth. I wanted pure white teeth. Now I paid this nearly 8,000 dollars for teeth that haven’t even been fixed yet. I am waiting to see my money recovered… hopefully she understands what she has done. I believe she saw money… and let greed take part in her actions.

I called the Hawthorne location to make an appointment as a new patient. The receptionist was highly unprofessional and rude. She had me repeat my last name several times and then told me it was «weird». I was absolutley stunned. The reviews are right, GO ELSEWHERE.

I came here because it was in my network and had a nightmare experience. The office was uncomfortable, dated and stuffy. Before I met with the hygienist they took a picture of my smile and I didn’t realize this was done to make a collage which shows my smile compared to a photoshopped bleached smile– to sell me their tooth whitening at the end. I found this to be appalling, extremely tacky and unprofessional. The hygienist was nice and she was the only redeeming thing about my visit– the dentist came in for all of two minutes and told me I had all of these problems with my teeth without explaining anything — no bedside manner– I am not going to lie I left this nightmare place in tears. Do not go here!

Just yesterday, my ten year old son was rough housing with one of his friends resulting in him chipping his permanent front tooth on the side of the pool. I was left with two choices: go to the hospital or call up my dentist as an emergency. I went with the later option, because I knew that my dentist, Dr. Rosenblatt, would be more accommodating and I wouldn’t have to wait like I would in an emergency room.
After calling up as an emergency, Dr. Rosenblatt immediately cancelled her remaining patients and told me to come in with my son right away. When I arrived at the office, Dr. Rosenblatt reassured both me and my son telling us not to worry and that everything was going to be okay. I was glad to know that the only procedure my son needed to fix his chipped tooth was bonding, and not an implant.
I recommend Dr. Rosenblatt to all of my family and friends, because being kind, generous, and compassionate are all essential traits you need to look for in a dentist.

I’ll absolutely never go back here. This office was in my network and I gave it a shot when I was looking for a new dentist. I should have read the reviews first.
The office is old and outdated, I didn’t get a good feeling even just from the waiting room. Then, they called me in and first took my photo before bringing me into the treatment room. When I asked why they needed my photo, they told me it was in case there were any payment issues.
The hygienist did my x-​rays and cleaning. Before she did the x-​rays, I was asked if I am pregnant (for safety concerns). I said no, and she said, «Oh, you already have kids?» and I told her no. She then asked how old I am, how long I’ve been married, and if I wanted kids, and how much longer I was going to wait, and finally concluded that it was «okay» if I didn’t want kids. I told her I am glad she approves and she finally stopped talking.
When the dentist finally came in, I told her that I had pain in a certain area. She told me it was fine and there was nothing wrong with it, and tried to get me to make an appointment with the periodontist and to get teeth whitening.
It is now a few months later and I am searching for a new dentist, since the pain I initially went in for was never actually treated.

I have never written a Unilocal review but felt it was my duty to report this place. I chose this office because they were in network with my insurance carrier. They canceled my appt the day of saying they had to reschedule me and would call me the next day and never did. I made two more appts after that which they said they «didn’t have» scheduled after I had taken off of work to go in. I told them this wasn’t the first time this has happened to me there and they couldn’t care less. Not one apology. The most horrible experience I have ever had with any doctor’s office. The staff is miserable and nasty and the doctor is no shining star herself who talks down to her patients and staff. it is no wonder they are so miserable. DO NOT go to this place.

Let me begin by saying, «DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST.’ Twice we made appointments, showed up and the staff insisted that we did not have appointments. Another time, they kept my daughter waiting 3 hours and were totally unsympathetic. The dentist is rude, unaccommodating has the worst bedside manner. The practice is on our insurance plan which is why we went there. NEVER AGAIN — EVEN IF I HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional this practice is. Horrible!

I called the office one evening with a toothache. Dr. Rosenblatt called me back within 15 minutes and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. She took care of my toothache and worked with me on an affordable treatment plan. The staff explained my insurance coverage and what was my responsibility.
I already have made follow-​up appointments.

Avoid this practice like the plague! The staff seems pleasant enough but the dentist is absolutely horrible. She has the worst bed side manner I have ever seen. She is abrasive, rude and disrespectful. She treated me like a child and refused to answer any of my questions. I went there for a root canal and every time I asked her a direct question about what has been done she would abruptly cut me off and start talking about future procedures on other teeth that needed to also be addressed. I went there every week for a month and she didn’t even come close to completing my single issue. I also got the sneaking suspicion they recommend unnecessary procedures and where trying to swindle me. Finally I had enough and made an appointment at another practice. After putting in writing that I wanted my dental records & xrays to bring to my new dentist they charged me $ 30 then refused to give them to me. They also did not give me copies of my chart or records, just an itemized bill. I am so glad I have found another dentist because you couldn’t pay me to take her abuse for a second longer.

DON’T EVER GO HERE. She doesn’t listen. She’s rude. She does things to your mouth without telling you. Then they charge you for things they haven’t done. Then you have to go somewhere else to fix their work because the work she does do is terrible. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST.

Will never call them again. First appointment the dentist was an hour late. Had to reschedule. Had appointment for this Thursday ⁶⁄₂₇. Got call the dentist will not be in. No way to run an airline. Have to find another place to go. I guess they don’t work for a living and can make up any schedule they want. Four thumbs down for this place.

They are very driven to recommend expensive unnecessary procedures. The hard sell is really distracting and yet and have never returned a phone call or faxed a referral for a specialist for another doctor. Look elsewhere if you are considering a dentist.
