Mr. Le is the best. I am new to the area and needed a haircut bad for my brother’s wedding and an important interview. He did a great job. I am not used to my hair being cut dry. He is funny and even trimmed my long nose hairs. He knows my hair better than I do. Thanks Le! I’ll be back.

I spoke with the barber(who was squatting in front of the shop having a smoke) to please not take off anything my friends hair; just neck and ears. The guy cut a full 1.5 inches from the tops and sides, and didn’t even taper the back; just cut straight across. Guys, if you are looking for people who know more than a basic blunt cut, don’t go here. His hair was cut dry, no shampoo; 15 bucks plus a tip.

Wonderful experience, wonderful people. My barber was Peter. He has a client for life. Barber does not accept credit or debit cards, cash or check only FYI. Plenty of barbers on duty so wait was very minimal(less than 5 minutes). Clean and convenient.

Love Haymarket Barber! I go to Mack for my haircut needs. Never a dull moment the hair is what I expect no complaints.

I go to the Haymarket Barber Shop roughly 3 – 4 times a month. I get my hair cut every 2 – 3 weeks, and in the in between weeks, I go in for a neck clean up. I like getting my hair cut, it feels nice to have someone puttering around with your hair and scalp. The staff does a good job. I enjoy the fact that they finish the neck clean ups with hot shaving cream and a straight razor to finish up. Looks and feels good! As always — cash only!

I normally use a barber on the way home from work, but on the weekends its far out of the way for a trim. This one is less than 3 minutes from home and its the only barber in Haymarket. When I entered the place was pretty busy, I saw 3 – 4 people being serviced and figured that I’d be having a seat for a minute or two. Not the case, from an area near the back a man appeared and motioned for me to come on over to his chair. While sitting there I watched this happen with two more customers, they have a lot of staff on hand for saturdays, that is clear. We had small talk while I was getting my haircut. He asked where I lived and then asked why I didn’t normally get my haircut here. The cut went by quickly and the shave with the straight razor gives a very clean and cool feeling on the neck, love that. I paid, tipped the man a fiver and went on my way knowing I have a reliable barber right here in Haymarket.
