I been coming for awhile, noticed some new changes! Fresh paint, new brushes, more soap. I think they got a new clean-​up person, the last 2 visits I’ve never seen it so clean (came around 11:30am, another time at 2:00pm on a Thursday) The owner is a nice older gentleman who you can tell cares about his business. Come to find out, him and his older wife are the owners. Bless their hearts. Looking forward to seeing more improvements!

Second time coming here in months and the damn machine takes my money again! I swear there is never anybody here to get your money back! BEWARE! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

They short you on your time.
I put in $ 3.50 for 6 minutes and only got 5−½ minutes. This may not seem like much, but over the course of a year they must make tremendous extra profit on it.
It’s possible that the meter starts when you put in the FIRST quarter, but, that’s not acceptable! If you were one quarter short and hit the change machine for change, you could use up your whole time before you even got the water turned on!
I came home and reported them to Alameda Weights and Measures. The # 510−268−7343 was not answering so I tried 510−670−5232 and filed a complaint about them.
Now I’m filing this complaint about them and next I go to the Better Business Bureau.
Never take this laying down.

It’s like playing Russian roulette with their vacuums. Which one works? And they short you on your time to wash your car. Stay away from this place.

They need new foaming brushes. It is hard to get the car clean with these worn out brushes.
