I had a great shopping experience at Airport Home Appliance. The salesman Devin did an excellent job in selecting the perfect appliances for my home and keeping them within my budget. The delivery team was superb. They installed all my appliances and hauled them away and were extremely professional. I love purchasing my appliances from Airport Home Appliances. They are very professional and knowledgable. Thank you!

I should have known not to even attempt to purchase here with the warning of enough 1 star reviews, but based on a recommendation from a coworker I decided to purchase something. After several calls back and forth of getting my email right, c.c. processing issues, and then trying to have me purchase something they no longer even had in stock, I’ve had it!!!
The level of incompetence is shocking and I don’t understand how a place can function with staff who clearly do not know how to do their job.
Unprofessional and frustrating…

Devon was my (Sales Agent) and knew his job, appliances, warranties, rebates, and within 30 minutes I purchased my awesome LG Washer and walked out knowing and feeling confident it was best choice, best price and best customer service with follow through from Devon including the day of delivery to make sure I was a happy LG Washer customer. Devon knew the product, gave me all the options of LG products on washer, including dimensions very important going in a small laundry area. He printed out information on all the LGs I looked out and different prices including, plumbing if needed, taxes delivery etc. I know I got the best deal in town (I live out town) and best Customer Service and rebate infor. and follow up for complete customer satisfaction. Devon was professional the whole time, knew his products and made sure he educated me on all the little specifics necessary to be ready for delivery and a smooth transaction to receiving the washer so it would be ready to go. I keep looking for laundry to do we love our new LG Washer and recommend it to everyone best deal and super job!!! We also hands down recommend Devon for any help you need at Airport Appliance and in any purchase. Your in good hands with Devon we will be using Devon for any future purchases and as a Realtor I recommend him to my clients as well as friends. Great Job Devon and thanks for all your help and caring right up to day of installation that everything was perfect!!!

Our family needed the works, new stovetop and vent, washer/​dryer, dishwasher and double oven. Garrett Mesquita went above and beyond to walk us through every step of the way. I never once felt pressured to buy, Garrett took his time to explain every detail (even though it was super busy over memorial weekend) and really made sure that we were getting the best deal possible. Ask for Garrett if you go in to Airport Home Appliance, he was fantastic to work with!

We just purchased our fourth appliance from Airport Home Appliance and, once again, we were really pleased with the large selection of models on display from our chosen manufacturer. Our saleswoman, Genevieve Rangel, expertly took us through the models and knew all the stats and features of each unit. By the time we chose the unit we wanted, we felt Genevieve had thoroughly explained everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. Genevieve notified the third-​party installer and followed up with a courtesy call later that morning; the installer called us later that same day to set up delivery. The new unit was installed without a hitch and our old unit was taken away. Genevieve got us the best price, was professional, knowledgeable and patient and Pac West did a great job with the installation!

Rahman was the man! After another store blew a deal with me, Rahman stepped up and closed it out with courtesy, patience, professionalism and the right price.

This weekend i went and bought the last of my major home appliances, Benny was our sells rep once again. He is very knowable, Not pushy at all! I feel very comfortable with my purchase and believe i got the best deal in town. He answered all my questions and gave me time to compare not just prices with other stores but gave me reading material to compare the products I was interested in.

See Perry Cranston for a very good deal/​UNBEATABLE DEALS. Great person and VERY Patient to deal with and he doesn’t pressure you to buy any products and he likes to listen. Overall Great Experience. We purchase washer and dryer bundle at a great price. We are a happy and satisfied customer. Stop Buy at Airport home Appliance and speak with Perry before going to any Big box store. It will be worth your time.

Do not shop here. Our sales rep, Adam, was helpful during our shopping experience then it was all down hill from there. We purchased a queen mattress, washer and dryer and a dishwasher.
Originally we were told that the box spring was $ 100 and that we could have a $ 100 coupon to use towards the purchase which would be a «free box spring». When we went to use the coupon we were then told that the box spring was $ 200. Ok whatever, we still got a box spring for $ 100. The mattress is back ordered and we are told it would be in stock in a few days. We asked the sales rep if we could get the box spring delivered with the appliances and were told it would not be a problem. We wanted to get the bed set up while we waited on the mattress.
The day after we purchased our washer and dryer they told us that they we now discontinued. We would have to settle for a different washer and dryer. Seriously! We don’t even get the appliances we want. Ok we can deal with that. We did save a little money.
Delivery day:
They showed up without the box spring as promised. On top of that they did not bring the gas line for the dryer and they left them sitting in the middle of my kitchen as they could not hook them up.
It is now 4 days later. I called the last two days to confirm my Saturday delivery. They said no problem. They never called me with a time window. Saturday morning I call and the first thing I hear is that they will not be out until next week. The next thing I hear is that my account shows I have received all products and install is complete. Then I hear we can’t make it out until Sunday.
I have called and asked to speak with a manager 3 times. Twice I was told they would call me back, they never did. Then I was put on hold to speak with one and was on hold for over 15 minutes before I had to hang up.
I have never spent this much money with a company and been treated so poorly. All I keep hearing is «it is a busy weekend» or «my dad had the same problem when he ordered from here».
At this point if they can not do anything to make me happy from all their errors they can have their stuff back and I can at least get the washer and dryer out of my kitchen.
I will purchase from more customer oriented and organized companies in the future.

We had a great experience buying our new stove, dishwasher, and washer/​dryer, and mattress at Airport Appliance. Devin was very knowledgeable and did a great job answering tons of questions about all of the appliances we were looking for. Devin also stayed past closing on a Sunday night to get our order placed.
Our items were delivered and when we had a question about our new washing machine, Devin got on the phone immediately and got the issue fixed. We would recommend Airport Appliance and Devin to anyone in the market for appliances.

Rahman @ Airport Appliance in Hayward really took care of my wife and I when we went looking for a front load washer and dryer and French door refrigerator. We ended up purchasing all LG products. After I purchased my items, I went to Sears, Home Depot, lowes and Best Buy to see how much the same items were and Airport Appliance had them beat by $ 300.00+ on each one of the items I purchased. My fridge went on sale by $ 100.00 two weeks after my purchase, and Rahman refunded me a $ 100.00 without hesitation. All in all this was an
A+++ transaction

We got our new dishwasher from Airport Home Appliance. Corey Watson assisted us and we were very happy with everything. Corey got us exactly what we wanted, got us set up for in home installation and stayed on top of everything. Even after the installation was complete, Corey reached out to us to ensure that everything was working.
We will certainly return to Airport Home Appliance and recommend them.

I will bump up this review only because today I have received several calls expressing concern for my dissatisfaction.
I have been told that I can have side panels put on the range I ordered. Which is what I thought I ordered in the first place. Those who have reached out to me for the most part have been sincere and I a working with someone now who is taking steps to make things right and make me a happy customer.
Prior to the delivery, I was given good service and was pleased and confident that come delivery I would have exactly what I wanted.
The waiting while my kitchen was in disarray was stressful and I am hopeful for the arrival of the panels will make my kitchen complete and me a happy camper.

I went in with my parents to get a new washer/​dryer based off of a friend’s recommendation to speak with Lyla. I should warn you that parking at this location is a nightmare, like whoever designed the parking lot thought they were playing tetris while drunk. Aside from that, we had a very pleasant transaction.
We were able to find Lyla easily enough and were lucky she wasn’t already with a customer. She was well-​versed in her product knowledge and wasn’t pushy about making a purchase immediately when we said we wanted to think it over.
We came back a week later to complete the purchase and ended up getting a few pillows too (they were so soft!). I can’t speak for the other sales reps, but I will definitely come back to Lyla when I need a new countertop microwave.

Went here and got a Maytag washer, was pricey but worth it. Parents are loving the washer and been washing clothes and even blankets everyday. Hope it holds up for a long time! Was helped by Amy Vuu, she was very helpful and knew her stuff, she also spoke both Chinese and Vietnamese so if anyone needed in another language, hit her up!
Everything was as said in terms of follow up and delivery. Deliver and installation was super quick and they were very nice!

Actually this review is a bit overdue and it wasn’t until our refrigerator went out a few days ago and we had to go back to Airport Home Appliance to purchase a new one.
Our experience with them has been wonderful. Our first purchase was a high efficiency stackable washer and dryer that I love. We were in and out of the store in less than ten minutes. I apologize but I’ve forgotten the salesperson’s name but she was wonderful and very nice.
The second purchase was the refrigerator. We walked in and were greeted by a very friendly Julie Wasso. She asked us a few pertinent questions, lead us to a section of the store where the refrigerators were and gave us great advice. We purchased our new fridge and were in and out of the store quicker than our first experience. Julie was very helpful. EXTREMELY funny and probably the best asset to Airport Home Appliance.
With my first experience, I’ve already recommended two friends to go there and one subsequently furnished her entire kitchen with new appliances from them.
If we are ever in the need to get something else, maybe a grill, they will be the first and only place we will spend our money.

We had the fortunate luck to have Devin Griffin as our salesperson when I recently shopped for a new kitchen suite. I had done my homework (Consumer Reports, Customer Review, etc) and knew generally what I was looking for. Devin added valuable information I needed to make final decisions and spent a considerate amount of time with my family through the whole process. The prices were about what I expected based on my research and he negotiated discounts where possible. I was only going to buy two of the four appliances but ended up purchasing all of them because the experience was so good!
I would definitely seek Devin out again!

Rather than saving money, save yourself the hassle and buy your appliances at a reputable store like Home Depot or Sears.
A month and a half later, I am still dealing with getting an appliance replaced that was delivered & installed but not functioning. The replacement unit was delivered today to the wrong address when the previous two occasions they had gone to the correct address.
Sadly no one takes accountability there or return phone calls. I finally made headway when I walked into the store to meet with a store manager face to face.

Airport Appliance has decent prices and better installation guys than Sears. Just DO NOT get the extended warranty through NSI, unless you like waiting months to have things fixed. They will take weeks to get parts when you could have called a regular Appliance repair place to get it fixed in two days. Think of how much food will go bad if your freezer is out for two weeks.
