Patrick has been a licensed Architect for over 23 years, and a licensed General Contractor for over 20 years, which gives you some indication of the standards to which your inspection will be held and the experience we bring to each inspection we perform. In addition to designing, building and inspecting Single Family Residences, Town Homes and Condominiums throughout the bay area, Patrick also has extensive experience in Litigation Inspections (for construction defects), Insurance Inspections, and Construction Stage Inspections. Patrick has been qualified by Judges and Special Masters as an Expert Witness in residential construction and architecture, for Construction Defects Litigation — at Trial, Settlement Conferences and Depositions, on dozens of cases. Certified by the International Code Council as a Residential Building Inspector. Patrick brings all of his years of experience and knowledge — to each and every home inspection he performs.
