I had a great experience with wali. I had a situation where I quickly needed a tow since my cars transmission blew out in Oakland, I knew it would go to the tow yard if I didn’t move it soon, because of where it was parked. I started calling towing services on Craigslist, I called close to 10 different services but wali was the only one that answered and said where are you? Where do you want to go? What kind of car? No problem, I’ll be there in 20 mins. He showed up early with a big flatbed and winches my car up and got the much needed job done. Thanks wali.

I sit here in the dark on the side of the 580 freeway with plenty of time to write this review. I was told it would be about 45 minutes for a truck. I set my timer and waited. At the 40 minute mark I called to make sure there wasn’t a delay. The guy said I can’t find any drivers. Sorry. I said, why am I calling you after 40 minutes. When were you planning on telling me this? He said he didn’t have my number, but he did. I even texted him. This is the type of thing that created Über to compete with cabs. Really horrible service.

I have used Wallie and his tow service several times! Every time he has been quick and at my door step within the hour after I called. I have a mustang for my hoppy and he has taken my car to the shop several times with no problems. Also a 24 hour service if you need him for emergencies.

Incredible service, speedy response time, all around great experience! Super sweet man towed my car to the Autoshop and told me what to expect from the mechanic so I don’t get charger an outrageous price. He also had Fair pricing for a tow in the Bay Area.

Was about to head out to go to work when my car wouldn’t start. Called a few places and they were all kind of expensive and also were really rude. Finally found ASAP towing and the price to get my car to my shop was pretty decent so I picked them. He got to my house within 40 minutes or maybe even less? Actually found a way to turn my car on even though it died within a couple seconds and was even nice enough to ask for me if I needed a ride back since he was going a couple streets over from where I lived, I had already called my boyfriend to pick me up but still that was nice of him.

I took work off early for a doctor’s appt. and my car stopped, as I was exiting the freeway, the engine wouldn’t turn back on. I was blocking traffic and CHP had to push me off to Target’s parking lot. Being a girl, you can only imagine how stressed out I am at this point. I searched on Unilocal for the closest towing company and contacted ASAP Towing and he came right away. He strapped my car on carefully and I even noticed that he took his gloves off to put tools on my trunk. He is the type that is mindful of scratching people’s car. He drove me back from Union City/​Hayward to Milpitas. He gave me great insurance tips so I can save money and in the end he gave me a decent price on the tow.
Overall, great customer service and I felt safe at a stressful time.

Needed a jump at 9pm in the rain (because I had left my lights on all day) and he came in 10 minutes. I was able to use a credit card to pay, and instantly got a receipt by text. He also gave me pointers on what to do to fully charge the battery. Hopefully I won’t do that again, but if I do, at least I know who to call!

Walid is a great guy and very flexible when it comes to helping you in sticky situations like for example, towing your non-​working car out of a tow yard. He has reasonable rates and offers excellent customer services. I have used his towing services 3 times now and have never been disappointed. Will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

My boyfriend and I were stranded less than 1 mile away from the house on Sunday. His car just decided that it didn’t want to go any further and we were left with no choice but to get a tow. After getting voicemails from 3 other tow companies, I was able to speak with someone right away at ASAP. The guy told me 20 – 25 minutes and $ 69. Pretty pricy for less than 1 mile but we really didn’t have a choice. The guy was really nice and super fast. I took 2 stars away because they charge $ 5 for using a debit card. $ 5?!? Again, we didn’t have any options and we are not close to any banks. I hope no one else is in our situation in the future but if you are, this is a good company to call but just pay cash. It is sad to be ripped off so much when you have no other choice.

I was referred to this company and needed to get a quick tow today! My insurance company told me it would be over an hour (mind you this is not during heavy traffic or commute)… ASAP Towing came out within 30 minutes! He was very compassionate and made sure everything was taken care of!
Price is not too bad either, hopefully I won’t need you again…
