Would be great if they put the time on here. Faster then to have to call. Most of the time they are busy but ok service overall.

Sorry I have to give one star. This is not because of the staff/​service. Staff and service was great, but a lot of the people coming here are rude. It was a Saturday morning and the parking lot was jammed. People honked like crazy when no one was able to move. Someone was yelling out his window and Some people were trying to drive in opposing direction to block your way. I only came here once and won’t be back even if I have to go further.

There is frequently a 20 – 30 minute wait to get to a teller, with two tellers and three or four bankers standing around.

Worst location ever. Only 1 teller for a line of over 12 people… Never coming back to this location.

I would give them zero stars if that were an option. Terrible service, long lines, short staffed, do not care for customers needs. Why is this branch still in business? Save your time and cancel all accounts with B of A. I know I am.

Long lines. Merchant line is never open wassup with that?! Clear signs as to why I would NEVER bank with Bank of America period.

Lady behind window has got to be the worst in customer service — dirty blonde chubby Hispanic chick with scarf —- don’t know her name but her attitude and non English gibberish bothered me– I was banking with Ar***** next to her

Worst customer service! There’s 10 windows and only 2 cashiers. The line was at least 20 people long. Don’t come here unless you plan on waiting a minimum of 30 minutes.

Went to the bank to retrieve some old IRA information. Elizabeth Pena not only provided me with the information I needed, but was able to update me on services I was unaware of. I’m very impressed with the knowledge and advice she presented to me. I wish I’d get this type of customer service everywhere I go. She truly is a strong asset to the bank.

Honestly the worst bank location I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it’s closest to my work, so I go here for work deposits.
Expect an exceptionally long wait, and bad customer service. Every single time. No merchant line half the time.
There are a few polite tellers, everyone else ignores you and acts as if you are interrupting them by being there.
Bank of America should just close this location, a single ATM is more helpful and much more efficient than this place.
I can drive from South hayward to union city, or Castro Valley and be back to work in the same amount of time. It’s literally mind boggling that bank of America allows a location to be so horrible…

As someone in retail, I relate to having the horrible choice to cut hours to meet a demanding budget from our corporate partners, however I always try to defuse the tension at long lines by engaging with customers and apologizing for delays. I never saw the branch manager. I just stopped here cuz it was on my way, but I rather drive to my regular branch.

I agree with everyone else. Over 10 windows and only two teller. Guest waitting for over 30 min while personal bankers, manager, supervisors or any other non-​teller employee is either on their phone computer or just walking around.

Absolutely horrible. Was there last month and all the ATMs inside were out of order so had to wait 15 minutes at the 1 ATM outside that was working. Went in again yesterday and was informed I had to use the ATMs because there were no tellers on duty. Sure enough a lobby full of people and not one window open. Went directly to Wells Fargo afterwards and every window was open. Why this bank is even open I have no idea. Just a complete joke.

Absolutely the worst Bank of America! There’s 10 windows and only two people every working. I came here once before to cash a check & the woman working wouldn’t take it because I signed it «differently» & didn’t match my license signature! Are you kidding me?! She had my ID & check and still wouldn’t do it over my signature! Idiot.
Today I came to deposit money into my dads account. I should have gone else where. They had two tellers working with a massive line. Get it together! This is why I don’t have an account here. They’re a useless bank. I’ll stick to Chase.

Worst bank ever! Workers talk back to customers. Branch Manager never moves. Tellers short staffed!

Diego and Julie are the most helpful tellers there for our business banking. This review is not for them. (they get ⁶⁄₅ stars)
This is for the lack of tellers in the building as a whole. I have never in my personal or professional experience with banking at BofA, had to wait longer than 20 mins at any other branch.
Here, you better not come on your ½ hour lunch break because there is NOBODY WORKING AT ALL!!!
We deposit our business checks twice a week depending on the mail, and I go here for my own personal banking. Julie and Diego are fantastic and oddly enough, the only two people who are usually working.
There are over 15+ teller windows but never more than 3 working at a time. This bank is in a Central Location between 880 and 92 off Hesperian, but do not go here if you are short on time.
My record waiting was well into the 50 mins-​1 hour range because there was only ONE teller working!!! It does not help that their 4 ATM machines do not always work either, (No Deposits/​No Cash) and I have counted, on more than one occasion, OVER 20 (TWENTY) people waiting to see a teller!!! That is so sad and frightening as I know many people want to get their stuff taken care of in a timely manner, but to have to wait an average of 45 mins to pull out a roll of quarters is simply ridiculous.
I always make sure to bring my «happy thoughts» into the bank, but no joke I dread going here for our work deposits because I usually leave around 11:30 and do not return to the office until 12:30 !
Seriously a horrible experience in line. Julie and Diego should get a raise for being so swift with their customers, but they NEED MORE PEOPLE!!!

Terrible customer service. 2 tellers open, one is for business. So basically 1 teller with 25 people in line. Really? Never use this bank again that’s for sure. They have 10+ windows with 1 teller? I dunno who the manager is but definitely needs to be fired. Freakin ridiculous. I’ve been with BOFA since 1983. But now I’m thinking of switching banks. People don’t have time to wait an hour in line

been waiting for more than 30 minutes already, LITERALLY more than 30 people in line & only 2 merchants available.
at wells fargo, 75% of all their windows are available with tellers no matter what day and how slow it is!
i think it’s time to move back to wells!
