Dr. Clelen C. Tanner, DDS has the experience of 30 years as a General Dentist. I graduated form Temple University Dental School in Pennsylvania and have practiced at the same location 30 plus years. My father was a dentist as well: Dr. William J. Tanner, DDS. Some of you may remember him. My mother, Hertha Tanner was active in community affairs when I was going to Hayward High School.

I grew up in Hayward and still member my kindergarten teacher at Kimball School: Miss Shanahan. I graduated from Hayward High and latter attended Cal State University in Hayward. I earned a BS in Biology and went on to Temple University in Pennsylvania and earned my DDS degree. After graduating from dental school, I worked in the dental school as an intern to round out my education. I came back to California, passed the State Dental Exam and went into practice with my father. I have been practicing in Hayward ever since.
