The store is great, but don’t ever order a large piece of furniture from this store, or you will have to deal with the most incompetent, unwilling delivery drivers, most of whom don’t speak English. I ordered a bed from here that was simply manufactured improperly. The warehouse came to my apartment THREE times at 8AMON A SATURDAYMORNING trying to fix the thing to no avail. Oh yeah, and the first time, apparently the drivers were supposed to put it together, unbeknowngst to me because the company failed to tell me that, but they ran off without doing it. 2.5hrs later I had it together and the slats were drilled in the wrong way. The last time they were supposed to set the bed up at the warehouse to ensure it all worked, then take it apart, and deliver it to me. They came, asked me what was wrong with my current bed, and explained that the new one had the same problem ie THEYNEVERPUTITTOGETHERLIKETHEYWERESUPPOSEDTO and instead wasted my time and woke me up AGAIN at 8 on a Saturday. Theeeeeeeeeen. I bought a couch from Crate and Barrel(same company, same warehouse, same delivery drivers) and was faced with three lazy men, one with major attitude, who refused to try an alternate way to get my $ 2000 couch in my door. The snotty one tried to start a fight with my boyfriend too. They have no concept of customer service. It is a shame that a company with nice furniture doesn’t have the wherewithal to hire competent, polite delivery personnel. Stay classy Crate and Barrel.
