I purchased a Saab convertible with low miles from Infinitude in January 2016. It was a great experience from start to finish thanks to Edison, Dixon, and Theresa. Their approach is totally friendly and low pressure. The car was in good condition, the price was fair, and they readily agreed to fix some minor cosmetic issues before I took delivery. If you are looking to buy a used car, I would highly recommend Infinitude.

Shout out to Ron for helping me get the car I want at the price I want. He kept us entertained throughout the entire process. He made sure we were happy with what we got and made Damn sure we didn’t walk out with a car we couldn’t afford.

I was originally looking for a newer high end suv in black with chrome package. They kept calling to schedule me to come in to see 2 cars. The one of interest wasn’t there, but there was a pretty gold suv, 2 years older than I wanted. But RON (funniest car salesman ever!) convinced me that that was the suv for me! Got a little too much pressure about how many other people wanted it (probably true), but I went home and slept on it anyway cuz I was in no hurry. Came back the next morning and worked with DIXON and EDDISON (patient, knowlegeable guy who crunches the numbers) to get the price down a bit, got great easy financing, and drove my lil beauty home! The lady who did my paperwork (sorry, forgot her name) was super efficient! Thanks guys!

If you are looking for a great place to buy a used car this is your place to go. They make it an easy and comfortable environment. Edison is straight up and fair to make you an honest deal. Dixon is great to tie everything together and make sure all is going well. My hat is off to Sir Ron Ramirez. He is a true Gentleman. He will make sure you get the car your looking for! He was charming in making my kids smile and make sure they were comfortable. I don’t laugh much but even he made me crack a smile as I drove off the lot in my new car. Bottom line is great cars and great people

Purchased a car today! Lot of drama was definitely upset but from the experience overall Ron Ramirez was a great help, definitely looked out for me and I do recommend that others Come here cuz I was referred by my friend to come here and he didn’t have as much problems as I did and overall when it’s all said and done they will make sure you leave the lot Happy and satisfied and at a affordable price that works for you and them, Especially Ron so if you come here ask for Ron! Made a deal with about a 2009 Toyota Sienna. Filled the papers and all that needed to be done was for the dealership to file the papers with my credit union. One day later I get a call that the car has been sold to somebody else who paid with cash.
Never deal with these people!

Whats goin on Unilocalers! Was in the market to buy an infiniti g35 so I came here to check some out. First I will say they have a very good selection of cars from german to japanese to american. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a gentleman named Ron. He was a very outgoing, funny and outspoken salesman. I told him I was looking for an infiniti g35 sedan and showed me a gorgeous black on black 2007 g35s which had every option except backup camera which i didnt need anyways! He showed me the carfax then I test drove and the ride was very smooth. All in the all my whole experience from when I walked into the establishment to when I walked out with my new car was very good. Edison, the manager, was also very helpful and flexible with the price. I even referred my cousin to purchase a car from them also! Infiniti g35s=Infinitude Auto Sales!!!

New and used car enthusiasts, I have to say here at Infinitube Auto sales, their courteous and professional sales rep has given me a positive outlook towards purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. A truly memorable experience while Finding the car I was looking for, don’t forget friendly service, and got to drive off the lot with a good deal in my new Infiniti sports coupe. Definitely would return and recommend their services to those in need of a ride with an experience.

I remember the first day I purchased my Pontiac G6 GTP model with only 53k miles. Total steal for the year (2006) but I was extremely nervous about whether or not I would be approved considering poor decisions I made in my early 20’s. Infinitude recognized that I had a steady job and income, with a lot of will-​power to turn my credit around. They gave me that second chance and approved my loan for a car and I couldn’t be happier! Just make your payments every month, maintain your vehicle periodically and keep moving forward!

First of all, I LOVE MY NEW CAR! thank you Infinitude, Theresa, Ron and everyone involved with my purchase. It was so easy, they worked with my not-​so-​great credit and put me in the car I wanted.
I highly recommend calling Ron for your next car. He’s very upbeat, friendly, funny and most of all, knowledgable with all of the cars.
Theresa was so nice, and thorough with explaining everything I was signing. Buying a car can be scary, but her calming personality made me feel confident!

I’m about two weeks late in my review, however I will not forget my experience in my purchase of the vehicle I wanted. I purchased on ¹⁰⁄₁₇ and one thing that stood out, was the staff seemed to be expecting me. Even though I had only spoke to Dixon abt the vehicle, I felt welcome upon arrival bring greeted by name and ready to assist me. I had my test drive with Ron (the most comical iv had… I think ever) but that was alright with me, it worked for me alleviating the feeling of being pressured into buying a car, so his personality was welcomed.
The car ran smoothe and it was exactly what I wanted and the staff worked with me (my credit) and tried to keep my payments as low as they could to work with me. Teresa was very friendly and made sure I understood the terms and everything of the purchase and I appreciated her attention to detail. I also purchased insurance and Kelvin assisted me with that. Overall I went there with the intention to purchase that day and drove away in my 2013 Dodge Journey! I also got a very nice canvas painting as a gift, that managed to find its way in my back seat! Thanks to you all for making my experience a nice one!

One of the worst dealers I’ve ever been too as soon as I stepped in I noticed all the cars were poorly maintained. All covered in dust & spider web. The staff is really rude they tend to talk in a foreign language the whole time so you can’t understand what’s going on. Tried 3 cars out & all 3 had dead batteries. Also the staff is dressed like they are at home no professional kind of environment. Overall just a really poor experience.

This was a decent institution, however it was diminished by bad, emotional customer service.
I needed a bit more time to add car to insurance and the funny guy car dealer Ron. Kept making passive aggressive snide remarks.

Then when I proceeded to leave he followed me outside. I was with children and he starts cussing and saying «you fucked up»
I’m sorry, but that was the last remark I was taking from this place. So I went inside and spoke to the mgr to let then know about this unprofessional behavior and left.
The lady that help signs paperwork was sweet and genuine as well as the Edison (the guy who’s runs numbers).
Oh and on one of the test drives, Ron had me drive to another car dealership to wave down a customer that was at another dealer on Mission. UNPROFESSIONAL.
I should have known in the beginning, when he was eating corn chips and talking to me with them flying out of his mouth.

Having found several car postings on craigslist from this place I decided to take the trip up to Hayward. I got there as the doors were being opened and was greeted kindly by Edison. He showed me the 3 cars I was interested in and gave me the keys for a test drive. Edison also answered all of my questions as well as took the time to show me the Carfax for each vehicle.
Having found the car I liked I decided to purchase it. Edison worked with my budget to help me obtain the car. I drove off the lot happy and content with my ‘new’ car. Later that day I noticed a sound coming from the trunk area of the car and decided to phone in to ask if they could help me figure out what it was. I had passed on the option to be able to return the ‘sold as is’ car being that I had just purchased a 3 year warranty but couldn’t continue driving with that noise going on. I returned later that day and was greeted by Edison who immediately called over the mechanic to give a look. I was prepared to plead my case and push for them to look at the car free of charge being that I just bought it but to my delight I was met with no resistance. That spoke volumes to me. After 20 minutes the mechanic explained that the sway bar was loose and decided to install a newer one free of charge. I was very happy to hear that and felt as though I was in good hands. I test drove the car with the mechanic and found that the noise was no longer there. Exhale!
After all of this Edison met me at the front to make sure all was well and that the situation had been taken care of. In a day where customer service sucks and people hardly ever go the ‘extra’ mile I felt I was taken great care of in a very honest and professional way. Thank you guys for helping me and thanks for the no b.s. demeanor. That truly means a lot to me.

I didn’t have high expectations coming into this place but I did get a great deal on my 2007 Saab Turbo which I am very pleased with even though it has slight quirks here and there. The only thing I was really disappointed with was the breaks! After I purchased the car after about a week or so, the breaks started squeaking to the point to where it was really getting annoying! I took it back to them and their mechanic, said that the break pads were new which was true the break pads had 80% on them but the rotors were shot to hell! The mechanic lied and said that there was a breaking period! (Never heard of that bs before!) Anyway, I had ended up replacing the rotors and pads for about $ 315 bucks! Make sure you do your homework before buying a used car, also make sure if you can, bring a mechanic with you! I would never trust a dealer mechanic ever again! They just try and get you out as quick as possible so they don’t have to deal with you.
Overall Edison was very nice to deal with, however they try to really sell you on warranty. For a used car honestly, you’re better off finding an honest mechanic. The warranty is a rip-​off!

When inquiring about a vehicle they had advertised on craigslist, this dealership told us the vehicle was at their other location in Fremont. Well, turns out this place in Fremont didn’t know the car and we went back to Hayward… where the car had been the entire time!
We then looked at the car and it had cigarette burns inside and 4 different tires with 2 types of rims. This was just terrible. I would never buy from this business and recommend to anyone considering them to please beware.

They have ever cars of all price ranges, even some as low as $ 8,000.everything was in good to excellent condition, even the older vehicles.
Theu are busy some days & no one could help me, but as I was leaving there was a guy coming out to greet me. I’ll stop by again, maybe during the week when it’s a little slower. The prices & quality of their vehicles definitely seem worth the price & the drive out there!
