These guys did nothing but waist my time for a quote to lower my car with a bolt on kit no modifying. They gave me a lot of bs on how they have to do this and that. In the end it seemed to much work for them they told me to take it elsewhere. I did I took it to Motorsport Techniques and they did it in about 4 hrs same day no appointment staight walk in. Talk to Ken he’ll take care of you.

Had a CEL gremlin that wouldn’t go away on my Audi A4. I went to the shop next door to these guys and those douchebags couldn’t figure it out. So I brought my Audi to Jojo here at JB Autoworkz and he figured the problem out in no time. The culprit was with my turbo and was fixed by the end of the day. Car runs smoother, throttle response is better and acceleration is a lot more noticeable. Very friendly staff too.

Jojo is very experienced and knowledgeable — and he’s honest. You can’t go wrong.

Brought two of my vehicles here and both times were positive experiences. Jojo is cool and seems like a honest business man. I would recommend my family and friends to go to him for car repairs. He will be my primary mechanic.

JB Autoworks worked on my Fiancé’s Volvo V70. Excellent pricing and work. Now even my Fiancé is impressed with Jojo’s work. JB Autoworks has worked on my GS400 Lexus and BMW M5!!!

Been going to Jojo for years now or at least, my whole family does. He used to have his shop in SF but I am glad he moved to the east bay. Place is easy to find and plenty of parking. The office is small but they do have a waiting room to the side with a TV and condiments. They work off a decent size garage. They are pretty busy all the time and got lucky to squeeze into their busy schedule.
Jojo is the owner, and a great and funny guy. His guys are good guys you can rely on to fix your cars. The last few weeks we have gone here to fix two our cars that were old. Of course, there were a lot of issues with them that took a lot longer and more money than expected but Jojo worked with us. He even let us pick up the cars late when they closed at 6p. He would even help teach us how to fix things in our cars. Free of service!
We would recommend this shop to fix your cars. Their specialty is working on German and Asian cars. ;-)

As a transplant to the area, I am still looking for reasonably priced & honest local shops for various things. One of which was getting tires & alignment for my car. This place is great! Very friendly staff, honest and upfront about all charges and great prices too! This will definitely be my «go-​to» place for my car needs. Thanks again for fixing it so I can charge my phone in the car!

I was introduced to JB Autoworkz by a co-​worker and could not be happier with the service. Jojo and team were extremely nice and professional. When I went to pick up my car, they explained all they had done, in detail, and checked the car all around. My car is German engineered, which means I can’t afford it, and I was happy with the total cost for the amount of work done. I would recommend this auto shop to everyone.

I came for a alignment. He test drove the car and said it didn’t need one. Tried saying it will be pulled to certain sides when the roads are slanted… But I continued to tell him that it didn’t matter where I was the car will be pulled hard to either side to the point I have to.hold.the steering wheel really hard. He said it could be because of my tire pressure being too high so he adjusted that but still didn’t want to do the alignment. I do appreciate the feedback but there is something wrong with my car and I left not knowing what it was. (My car is only a year old so its nothing major, but I would have appreciated him taking a better look at what it couldve been)

Jojo is amazing, he has helped me out of several between a rock and hard place situations, if you want your BMW E30, E36, E46, E92 or any other 5,7,X, M worked on, go to this guy!

Out of all the shop I went too I think this is the best place to go to. They’re professional and honest workers. If something ever happen to your car Im 100% sure they’ll tell you what you need to get fix in your vehicle. Btw look for Jojo he’s filipino, speaks tagalog too and very friendly

I do alot of work on my car myself. But for the big jobs, it’s JoJo and his workers I trust.
A guy that cares about every customer, always is looking for the best price on parts and labor. He aligned my front struts on the taurus and determined that he did not need to charge me for a part as he found a way to align it without buying the part.
This was after he already ordered the part from Ford.
What an amazing guy, he even remembers me when I call up for my repairs or needs. They detail the car for you after a repair.

I’ve always been very skeptical about auto shops that offer maintenance. I was referred here through a friend, who I work with and let’s just say, I’ve found a home for my car, for tasks I’m unable to tackle myself. I absolutely feel confident doing business with JB Autoworkz. Jojo and Jeremy always take care of me whenever I have questions, concerns, looking for parts, bring my car in or even just visiting. Friendly, kind, great and reasonable prices, but definitely honest and trustworthy.

This is the best AUTO REPAIR SHOP in the city of Hayward. I have had dealing with Jojo for many years. Very friendly and professional. They work on almost of everything, they have the latest and updated tools/​equipment to keep up with the latest technology of auto maker. If your car needs any type of service or repair. Are you looking for a honest shop to work on your car? Look no further, bring it to JB Autoworkz and talk to the owner JoJo. He’ll tell you what needs to be done and what doesn’t need to be done. Mechanics unfortunately have a bad reputation comparable to used car salesmen, that may be true at some shops but not here. I’ve been going to
JoJo’s auto shops for maybe 15 years, since he was in S.F., now that he is in Hayward I continue to use him to take care of our cars. To be honest with you, this may sound a little crazy but I still live in S.F., I drive across the San Mateo Bridge to get my cars serviced by JoJo. Anything that needs to be done, whether minor or major work, it comes to JoJo.
In fact I just bought a Lexus and I’m a little bit disappointed that it came with a free oil change because I know JoJo won’t be taking care of my car until after the dealer does the 1^st oil change. lol.
Anyways, all your automotive needs can and will be taken care of at JB Autoworkz.

I took my 01 740i here today to have it fixed– the engine was running very poorly. Diagnosis was around $ 180– expensive for a diagnosis but it included thorough checking of the engine including a compression check– not exactly a 10 minute job, let alone for a V8. They found and fixed the issue and now it runs like it should.
Only thing I’m a little annoyed about is that the diagnostic time didn’t get absorbed into the price of the fix when I decided to have them fix the problem– both were billed separately. But the service, «professionalism» and punctuality are so great here, I give them 5 stars.
Hopefully I don’t see them again soon ;-)

Great place to get an alignment, especially if you have a lowered car or custom suspension. They worked on my car quickly and for a very reasonable price.
I’ll be back again whenever I need an alignment on any if my cars!

Came to get my car checked and he knew exactly right away what the problem was, and the diagnostic was free! most places were trying to charge me $ 200 just to run the diagnostic test! honest work and was very accommadating will be coming back soon for my tune up. Highly reccomend this auto shop!
