**Quick Summary of what you need to know to decide**
Whether you or a loved one is arrested, it is very scary… especially if you have no experience with the criminal world. I can echo what all the others have said. JM Bail Bonds is more than a company who puts up the bail money… they treat you like you’re family and would do what they would to get their own family members out. Professional and courteous with an understanding of the urgency his clients feel. If you are reading this, I wish you luck through your troubled times and I guarantee if you use JM Bail Bonds, you will feel just like all the other 5 Star Reviewers.
NOTE: From what I understand, Bail Bondsmen can only charge a certain percentage of the Bond Amount. Usually 10% (some exceptions for military). So, since everyone has to charge the same… it comes down to Customer Service… and I promise you, they are AWESOME!
**Details About Why JM Bail Bonds Is So Great**
Before I tell you why Joseph is amazing, let me tell you why the police aren’t. They don’t really give you a lot of information on what you need to do. If you go to Santa Rita Jail (where my family member was sent) without knowing what to do to get the person arrested out, you are going to be spinning your wheels for no reason. So with limited experience, this is what Joseph did to make me feel at ease.
1. They took my phone call a little before Midnight on Saturday (day after Halloween).
2. Explained to me in detail what Bail is (Please note: All Bail Bondsmen seem to perform their services at the same government regulated rate… so it pretty much should come down to service)
3. My family member was sent to Santa Rita Jail and Joseph was able to tell me the time table of what was going to happen and what to expect.
4. He told me over and over that he was not an attorney but was willing to give me a lot of great information based on his experience which definitely made me feel better about not just getting my family member out but about the case itself.
5. He called for me to see if my family member had arrived to Santa Rita.
6. He told me that he would continue to check for me and call me when they showed my family member arriving to the jail.
7. He told me exactly what I would need to do in order to contract his services and I did what I could to start the process. He also worked with me on getting a down payment and installments… because depending on the offense, bail can be extremely out of control.
8. Joseph told me when my family member was completely booked and when bail was set (approx 5:30 am Sunday morning) even before my family member called me to tell me. He ordered the Dispo and called to advise that Bail was going to be posted to ensure they didn’t send my family member to «Housing»…which after Joseph explained it to me was a very scary proposition.
9. After he advised he had ordered the Dispo, he was available within 15 minutes at his office where I met him so we could fill out all the paperwork (which takes about 30 minutes) and then he went directly to Santa Rita to arrange the release.
10. He communicated with me when he finished at Santa Rita and advised me how long it might take.
11. About 2 ½ hours later, my family member was released.
12. Joseph took my calls throughout the night all the way up until 9:30 am when my family member was finally released. That is approx 10 hours Joseph was completely available for us.
13. After my family had a celebratory breakfast, we went to Joseph’s office for the follow up required. My family member filled out ppwk (another 30 minutes). Our family had kids come with us to the office and he had some toys and an XBox to stream movies for the kids. That helped to keep the kids from being too bored.
14. I told Joseph that I thought he could have been a great lawyer… he said why would he. He feels like he has the greatest job in the world. He gets to help keep people out of jail… and I know he means it.
One other thing I left out. Joseph provided me with a lot of good information at all times advising me that I could still use someone else. He stressed that I could use who I felt was best for my family. He didn’t do the hard sell. He just provided the best customer service I have had in a very long time.
Joseph raved about all of the agents that work at JM Bail Bonds… but I told him I hope I never have to find out how good the other agents are.
One last thing: I consider Joseph a friend to my family. We will never forget what he and JM Bail Bonds did for us.

Professional friendly experienced we had the utmost excellent kindest experience with JM Bail bonds. Having a family member in jail is a horrible sleepless terrifying but after JM stepped in I felt like life was going to be Ok. The kindest having them on your side was so comforting. Highly recommended. …Hopefully will never need them but just knowing their in your corner makes your nightmare just a minor bump in the road. Because of the experience I had last night, I feel the need to write this review. The feeling of not knowing where your love one is and finding that they are in jail is the most unpleasant feeling. No joke I was so stress and frigthened at the same time. Not once in my lifetime did I have to go through this. Last night, I couldn’t get a hold of my boyfriend/​fiancé for hours. Being that it was a Saturday night/​weekend, I was even more nervous. I got home at 11:30pm and still no sign of him. I had a gut feeling that there was something wrong cause usually he would contact me if he is going out with his friends or check in with me. I didn’t know whether to contact each hospital first or every police station in the county. I figured that the police will help me locate him. When I finally located him, they told me he had a 15,000 bail. Hell, where the hell in the world was I gonna find that money!!!
I Unilocaled the nearest Bail Bonds and came across JM. After reading the reviews, I proceeded to contact them right away. Mind you it was already pass 12am. I had to move quick or else they were going to transfer my boyfriend and wouldn’t have been able to get him out til Tuesday since it was a Sunday and Monday is a holiday. I spoke with Joseph and Sonia whom were very helpful and experienced. They told me exactly what I needed to do and had me meet them in the jail house and was able to get my boyfriend out immediately for a very low cost. They offered monthly payments so that I didn’t have to pay the full amount. Trust me, It was the most relieving feeling!

Everyone dreads that call in the middle of the night… a collect call from a family member. You don’t know to panic, worry or be mad! But family sticks together during the good times and bad times. Brother got arrested again for getting into some
