No one else cut’s my hair like Mye does! NO ONE! And i wouldn’t let anyone else touch my hair bc this girl is AMAZING! I’ve been to many hairstylists and have often gotten the same problem of getting my hair cut too short. Mye actually listens and she’s so damn talented she always cuts my hair the way I like it! I don’t know how she does it, but with a few waves of her magic shear wand, and BAM, my hair is a dream come true!

Mye is my go to stylist. She makes me super happy whenever I come in, greeting me with smiles and jokes. I’m never dissatisfied with the outcome of my hair or her service. She is literally a wizard. I don’t know how she does it.
Will not change my stylist unless she dies.

I normally dread getting my hair cut. I find it stressful and (before today) I haven’t had a haircut that I’ve liked in at least 3 years. I went to Mye today and was SO happy with everything about it– the experience, my haircut, all of it. And she’s awesome! I FINALLY like my hairstyle. Thank you, Mye!!! «I’ll be baccckkk!»

Soooooooo thankful to have Mye within my area to get my hurr did by her! She understood exactly what I was looking for in a cut and being able to trust someone with your hair, for a female at least, is a huge thing!!! She knew I wanted to still keep it long but have lots of fun layers! One of the best parts of seeing her are the scalp massages that almost made me drool and the gossip/​vent sesh we had. It’s a two in one deal, getting a hair cut and seeing your therapist!!! Now if only I could pack Mye up and keep her in a box to style my hair every morning, life would be perfect! Cuz even though she did a simple style, I still can’t get it the same way she did it!!! Definitely will be back!

For years ive been going to a salon off of mission in Hayward and I have never had my hair the way I wanted it. It was always what he wanted my hair to look and it really irritated me. Only reason why i kept going was the close location and pricing.
Just recently I found the perfect hair stylist and i have been completely happy with my hair the two times I came to Mye! Mye completely takes care of your hair and makes you feel comfortable! She works with you on how you want your hair and makes you look fabulous! She will forever be my stylist and im so thankful i found her! I have a concert in March and I already know that Ill be going to her to make sure I look amazing for it! I LOVEMYEHAIR!

After years of going to the same hair stylist I became bored, and not always happy with my results but I settled only because I was scared to try someone else. Mye changed all that.
I had a horrible brassy mess that was left behind from a completely out grown ombré (pictures posted) Mye was really understanding, listened to my wants and gave me feedback. She was very informative about the entire process and talked to me about what she was doing to make me feel comfortable (mind you my other stylist never did this)
The result, was a healthy natural ombré. She was able to create a smooth transition that made my hair look FAB! And while she styled she also gave me tips to manage my natural curly hair! She gave me a blow out that lasted two days! Had great volume and bounce (something I never thought I could achieve with my frizzy hair)
This girl is a comedian, stylist, artist, singer, dancer, bubble of energy all bundled up in her tiny 5’3 frame! She will definitely make you feel comfortable, and I promise you will be satisfied! Your hair will thank you! Thanks Mye for bringing my hair back to life!!!

I must say after seeing Mye yesterday, I «LOVEMYEHAIR» !!! I was recommended to Mye by my sister in law, she had her hair done last week by Mye and I was really impressed with her results (she was looking like Beyonce for two days lol), so I was eager to book my hair appointment with Mye.
Before seeing Mye, I had a brassy-​ass ombré, that just look plain tired! I was getting frustrated with how the blonde was turning out and wanted a more natural, sophisticated look. Mind you I have a 7 month old at home, so I also wanted a hair style that required low maintenance. My last haircut was months ago so I was overdue for a cut, so it was perfect timing for me to see Mye.
I always get nervous when meeting a new stylist, but Mye really put me at ease. She took the time to really consult with me and ask me what I wanted. You can totally tell that she knows what she’s doing, she even educated me during the process and told me the different techniques she was using to vamp my hair. She is a definite Artist to say the least and you can see she has a true passion for what she does. The girl cracked up the whole time, which I appreciated! because it made time go by so fast and Bam! in about two hours she was done. And my hair looks so much healthier and I love how the color turned out! I was also really glad she told me how to treat my hair afterwards because a lot of stylists tend to forget to educate their clients. So thank you Mye!!! I will for sure be booking with you in the future!!!

Mye is such an amazing hair stylist! She is not just great at her craft, she’s great working with people! She pays attention and gives you a thorough consultation to understand exactly what you want (instead of doing her own thing) I definitely have found a great colorist after searching high and low! See this girl!

Finally got a chance to get a cut from Mye after moving to the Bay. Loved it! My wife got her hair done too and she loves it. I recommend Mye for both women and men’s cuts/​colors. You’ll definitely won’t be disappointed.

I am so happy that Mye is back in a salon doing hair. I have been a loyal customer of Mye’s for a few years now when she back at another salon in Fremont. When I had called for my next appointment and head she was no longer there I was distraught. I tried going to another hair stylist but having to go through the process of explaining what you like and them learning what your hair can do just was not worth it to me. I waited over a year for my next cut with Mye. When I heard via word of mouth that she was back in a salon I jumped at the chance to get a cut from her. I will not trust anyone with my hair from now on but Mye.

Mye is nothing short of amazing when it comes to her craft and she is truly the best at what she does. What I admire most about her and her skill set is that she goes above and beyond to make sure that you look and feel like a billion jillion fafillion dollars. I also love how she gives my head a massage when she washes my hair. Oh and I also absolutely love how after she does my hair we eat pizza together. I recommend her to anyone and everyone for all their hairstyling needs!

MYE scissor hands! :) I love her! Not just because she is great with her hands, and will make you want to flip your hair like Beyonce/​Kim Kardashian… She has such a great personality. I love her (what I call her), «Myeisms». She is like a stylist, comedian, friend rolled into one.
By the time she’s done with your look, you will be asking yourself, «Already?!» I guarantee she will no disappoint! In fact, I bet my life on it! I cannot speak highly enough about her!
She also is very honest about what you need for your hair, and isn’t pushy either.

I came to Mye for a haircut that would break hearts left and right, she definitely delivered (edit: broke the hearts of a table full of asian ladies right after my haircut when i got back work). I honestly looked like a new man and loved it! It looked great styled and unstyled (i stopped using products because i could never get it to look as good as when Mye styled it), never have I’ve gotten multiple compliments on different occasions. If you aren’t being bedazzled by Mye. Then that’s a mistake. With the body of a goddess and the quickness of a baby cheetah she’ll have you looking from zero to one hunnid real quick. Seriously though, one of THE most talented hair dressers in the east bay. Hands down.

Moved into the Palo Alto area from the east coast and have been looking for a new barber. Hit a few spots but finally found my new west coast barber and her name is Mye!!!
She is super friendly and a ton of fun to talk to throughout the cut. Right off the bat we hit it off and I end up having a great time every time I come in for a cut. For a reasonable price you get the full cut, shampoo/​condition, and style.
That being said, Mye offers far more than just a «haircut.» I like to get a high fade with a hard side part and have never been happier. The fade was pretty much sculpted on my head like she was Michelangelo. The hard part was etched it perfectly after a discussion of how big it should be for my head and hairstyle. The side part itself was expertly done and I walked away with not only a great look but also a lot of info on how to style this look on my own at home.
All in all, fun time, great fade, fantastic cut, and learned exactly how to get the same look at home. Don’t bother with other shops, talk to Mye first!

I’ve been searching for years for someone who could give me what I wanted. I finally found Mye!
Before she came into my life, I had nothing but bad luck. I have somewhat fine hair and every time I have ever had my hair lightened anywhere else, they have fried my ends and left me with dry brittle ugliness.
Mye knew exactly what to do! She has given me beautiful highlights that I never imagined I could have. My hair remained smooth and healthy after my color change with Mye! I was shocked! She also gave me a haircut that was perfect for wearing my hair curly or straight. Thanks to Mye, I have gorgeous hair I never thought I could have.
