I’m so glad we found Nate Borris. Filing for bankruptcy is not an easy decision. After thinking for a long, long, time, and dealing with bills, creditors, collections, there’s only so much I could do. I was able to negotiate lower interest rates, settlements, and even a no interest on one account, but it still wasn’t enough. And things were getting difficult.
I read and did a lot of research online about bankruptcy, and about a wife filing alone and bankruptcy attorneys. We even met with two of them, but I did not have that comfortable feeling we had when we first met Nate.

Now the next step is my meeting with creditors, which he will be in, too. And my monthly payments will be very manageable. We had to do a chapter 13 in my case.
There are only two regrets I have, and one is not doing this sooner, because when I think of all the money I wasted, with all the bills, I feel like I just wasted all that money. My second regret was seeing those other attorneys. They were farther away from my home. And one of them we had to pay. The consultation was not free.
Yes, this is a difficult decision, one not to make lightly, but there is relief. It’s like a big weight has been literally lifted from me. And, the creditors do stop calling. It’s like magic. The phone stopped ringing. By the way, one of them was suing me, and I just recently got a notice of dismissal in the mail. See, just like magic.
You have to do your part, fill out all your information accurately as possible, and Nate will review and analyze it and then suggest the best route.
Finally, his father is also a bankruptcy attorney with over 40 years experience, so I felt more assured that we chose well.
