By far the best smoke shop I’ve been to. Great customer service and prices. Verity of selections. Pablo helped me find an awesome bong for $ 25! I absolutely love it. Can’t wait to go back again. I would suggest this place if you’re looking for anything to do with smoke; vape all the way to dabbing. Just stop by to take a look. I guarantee you’ll find what you’re looking for.

Good collection, helpful salesman. One stop shop. Sometimes might not have the coils you need. But they will order them.

Keep in mind, Everyone should know by now that Hayward has regulations on selling individual swishers. I always read reviews about people not knowing what’s going on in their own city, it’s sad.
They got everything… from clothes, hood print tees, hemp2o drinks, glass rigs. Not sure if it’s hand crafted quality, but they are dope designs. I bought a spritech bottle glass rig there, they threw in a titanium nail.
They have all kinds of bongs, pipes. More appealing then the other smoke shops in Hayward in my opinion.
The people are solid. I don know all their names but everyone in there is always chill and cool. They can talk to you, they always have raffles going on. They have an up to date Instagram too.

Besides that, they just have a nice set up in there. They really have so much more to offer I really just pointed out the things I personally like. So if you’re in Hayward, and need some backwoods, or some swishers, RAW papers, dutches, whatever you smoke, you gotta hit up smokeys.

Due to the laziness of one of the workers, I am left with a broken healthstone bowl piece on Christmas day. This began at the store where I was trying to make sure I got my money’s worth and was taking my time browsing the wares. It was my first time in the store (Something I told the worker) and I am new to the area. I had called in earlier inquiring on the health stone piece and was told they had it, so I knew one thing I was getting already. I also needed a new green piece for this health stone, as well as a torch in order to take dabs with it. This is a procedure I have done hundreds of times with my cousin’s dab piece. He even had the same brand of bowl that I bought. An expensive $ 65 bowl meant to hold the health stone on which you put concentrates to dab with. I inquired about one of the torches that was on the smaller side since I knew I didn’t need a powerful one.
This is where the problem began. The guy couldn’t figure out how the small torch I picked out worked. He then picked up a larger torch which was $ 5 less, though obviously cheaply built and meant to heat nails rather than take direct hits with. He pressured me into buying the larger torch just because he couldn’t figure out how the smaller one worked. I didn’t want to try working the thing because he told me «you break it, you buy it». I showed my discomfort at first, even voiced that the torch he was pushing me to buy was too large. He assured me it would be just fine. Since I had been taking up time and was feeling pressured into making a purchase I went ahead with it.
As a result, not even a week into owning the bowl it is broken. The torch simply burns too hot for it. There is a control dial where you can adjust the flame lower, but on the lowest setting it produces a flame more similar to a bic lighter than a torch. If you put it any higher in order to get more of a torch-​like flame, then you are left with a flame too hot. I even noticed my dabs weren’t as thick and fulfilling as I was expecting. I chalked it up to it just being a new piece and me not being used to it. But nope, I’m not even a week into owning the bowl piece for a week and it is already broken. It is a clean break as well, it cracked the top part off in a circle on the edges of the health stone. This piece has not been dropped a single time. I probably have taken around 10 dabs or so on it so far, but as my hunch predicted, the torch was too hot for the bowl and it couldn’t take the heat anymore. I am going in tomorrow in order to see if they will exchange the bowl for a new one, and if they will replace the torch with a smaller one, even if I have to put in $ 5 extra. If not, then that will be my one and only purchase where I spent ~$ 230 at the place, considering I am at a loss due to one of their employee’s fault.

As for the shop itself, it was ok compared to what I’m used to down in Santa Cruz. They had a lot of pieces from «brand» names, but not much variety in the types of pieces. It’s pointless carrying 4 of one type since now that whole shelf is filled with stuff I’m not interested in, especially when it’s expensive stuff. Luckily I spotted a double honeycomb piece tucked away on the top of a shelf and saw that it was similar to what I normally took dabs in. The piece was priced alright. It was obviously something they had for a while judging from the dust initially on it. Everything was labeled with prices, so I didn’t have to ask which was a small plus.

I am back now from my revisit to the store. The guy I dealt with on my first visit wasn’t there, I dealt with someone named Joe. They couldn’t reimburse me fully for the bowl. The best they could do was half off. I felt eh about that. Why should I have to pay more because of an employees fault? But oh well, I went with it. They gladly replaced the torch for the original one I wanted for free though, so that was a small plus. Joe even got it working right away by first stating it probably didn’t have any fuel. Wow first guy, you didn’t even think to fill it up. I also got to keep my broken piece and the still functional health stone in it, so that made up for it partially as the piece is somewhat functional though leaks a bit. I am changing my rating from 1 star to 3 star as the people who were in the store today seemed much more professional (not to mention less stoned).

Lots of options, I’ve heard great things about this place so I wanted to check it out. It may have just been the dude that was helping me wasn’t social but he just didn’t seem too helpful. Prices seems ok for what I was looking for. I ended up just telling him I’d come ask for him when I had picked out something I thought would fit my needs. Lots of options and pieces for all kinds of different needs.
I’ll be back. It’s close to me. And seems to have a lot to look at that’s for sure.
Hopefully the staff will be more welcoming/​talkative.
They even have incense now that I think of it on the way out, sick ass shop. Clean and organized too. Hate smoke shops that there’s just shit everywhere and no labels prices. Gotta give them props I never had to ask the price for anything. Even the tab of crutches I got had a price on it.

Too many shops have done me wrong, leaving me with low standards for most. But not Smokey’s! Fir the first time in my 40+ years of smoking I have found a place worthwhile and pleasant. Not only do they have my brand in stock, they were willing to special order extra cartons just for me. And, what really proved to me that Smokey’s is A+, is they were willing to work with me when I sent my wife in for my 5 carton pick-​up and she got the wrong kind. They graciously took back the 5 cartons and traded for the right kind, just because they wanted to give the best customer service, ensuring that I will go nowhere but Smokey’s from now on. Make some time out of your day to give Smokey’s a chance and you will not be let down.

First of all this is by far the worst smoke shop to go to in Hayward the guy had no respect. And I think he was off of something because he kept looking at my girlfriend up and down. I try to ask him about the papers and he just had a blank look on his face if I could I would give the smoke shop on — 5 star rating. My only advice to you guys is pass up this smoke shop it’s not worth it.

Nice clean shop, great staff, good items. I don’t smoke anymore but when I use, this would be the spot that I went to. A lot of the time I could find anything that I needed here.

This is my go to smoke shop in Hayward. I used to frequent the Twilight Zone until I found this place. Besides it’s location (five blocks from my house), the prices & variety are amazing. I’ve bought several glass joint crutches & still have all of them. One of my favourite items that they sell are glass screens. I prefer the glass screens to the metal ones because it feels like I’m just inhaling toxins when the metal ones are in. It just doesn’t feel right. I haven’t bought any pieces yet, but next time I need one– this will be where I go first. Pretty comparable to shops in Berkeley, but is local. All the guys who work there know about all the product & will point you in the right direction. They also don’t pressure you to buy the more expensive version of what you are looking for, they give you all the pricing options and let you decide for yourself. I dig Smokey’s & I will continue to go back.

I’ve was searching for a good e-​juice store in the Hayward area. This shop has a big selection with many different brands and flavors. They seem to always have the brands of juice that are great and always have new brands to try. They let you try the flavors and don’t treat me like I’m bugging them even tho I want to try all the new flavors each time. Very helpful

I do not shop here anymore, as I tried to work out a return on an item I purchased for $ 80 2 weeks earlier. The clerk would not acknowledge that I brought the item back before leaving the parking lot that night, explaining that I was already having issues with the item 5 minutes into ownership. He claimed I wasn’t using it correctly, made a recommendation, which I took and the the problem persisted. Two weeks later, I brought it back, the guy got rude and we ended up in a shouting match, because even though all of what I have stated took place, he wanted me to go back to the company and mail my product in, evading responsibility. This place is convenient for the students of Chabot, but I haven’t been and won’t be going back after over a year of frequenting other places. Not to mention, they are more expensive than most places.

Great shop. Stopped in here to check it out on my way to the bank and I was not disappointed! They sell EVERYTHING from ashtrays and lighters to T-​shirts and Oil-​rigs, from blunt wraps to cigarettes.
What really kept me coming back: Hemp2o (HempWater) Its a drink that is better than vitamin water and is perfect for the afternoon, morning, or golfing. I bought a case for I think $ 26? very good product! (It was started by a Bay Area rapper named Berner, who if you dont listen to, is legit sticks).
Anyways, I always come and buy my Cigs from here and grabbed an ashtray not too long ago.

I bought my tanks here and the girl gave me a deal for buying 2. Come to find out at other shops, I really did get a good deal! The girl that works there is really nice and will work with you in selecting a juice that you might like and will do the math with you when figuring out your needs! I love good customer service!

Detailed Version:
I had never gone to a smoke shop before, so I was nervous as hell and was worried I was going to sound or look stupid. I don’t know why I was so worried! It was a great experience! I walked in and was immediately amazed at how spacious it was! It was clean, had lots of merchandise, and it was very well organized. Easy to find whatever you’re looking for. So I find what I was looking for and start looking around. AZ came over and asked if I needed any help. I told him what I wanted, and he showed me a few different things. Even some over the top items, just to show that they had a wide variety. :) I had a ton of questions, which he answered patiently, and damn, he knew his stuff! He showed me all sorts of other gadgets and items I could later add to my piece if I chose to do so, later down the line.
I had mentioned it was my first time ever, and he made me feel so comfortable! I would HIGHLY recommend this place, even though it’s out of the way for me. I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve already told my friends about this place, and plan on taking some (who live in SF city) to this shop to check it out! After all was said and done, he gave me a free lighter since it was my first time. I’m telling you, this place is amazing! Even if you don’t smoke, you have to check it out! They have all sorts of things, body jewelry, t-​shirts, tattoo machines, supplies, EVERYTHING! Seriously, just check ‘em out!

Glad I stopped by. The chill vibe, chill décor, and good prices. Grabbed myself a new piece and couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be back.

This shop is pretty awesome!!! I found Smokey’s via Unilocal as I was searching for a place with a decent selection of vape tanks. It is pretty close to 880, which is great because I was passing through the area coming back from a day at Great America.
I didn’t have a chance to browse through the entire store, but I noticed they have a good selection of pretty much everything you would need in a Smoke Shop.
Pablo helped me out. He showed me all of my options and helped me pick out a few extra coils. Now I’m back in Oakland, happily vaping. :) I just wish this place was a little close to home.

This place has quite the selection to choose from. I mean they have your basic E-​Cigs, your vape pens and so much more.
They have flavors for days. Of course every shop has different flavors and this one has some different ones for sure. I’ve been around the Bay Area to quite a few Vape shops and this is the first one that I’ve been to that has Horchata!
All that being said they have everything you need from chargers, to pens, to cases, to flavors and way more.
Of course this shop has more than just that, they do have your selection of 49ers and Raiders gear. And smokes in general.
Don’t blink as you pass by Jack in the Box because you will miss the lot, LoL.

DO NOT GO TO SMOKEY’S FOR E-CIG’S and VAPORIZERS!
I’ve been trying to stop smoking, and tried a few different types of E-​Cigs. Most were terrible. So, i decided to look into Vaporizers and found that Smokey’s does in fact sell them! I stop buy and pick up an eGO Vape set, and Liqua E-​Juice for 50 of my hard earned dollars. I felt I was on track — Smoking less and beginning to feel good about it.
Fast Forward 1 week.
Clearomizer refuses to fire. I bring it back. Sales Associate refuses to exchange it but is nice enough to offer me a 2 dollar «discount» on what he called the «Top Part» of the vaporizer. I bite the bullet, buy the new clearo, and get back to Vaping!
Fast Forward 1 more week.
Wake up in the morning, start up the vaporizer but the darn thing is acting up. The blue indicator light is staying on. Clearo is refusing to fire. I bring it back AGAIN. This time they tell me its the battery that’s wasted.
Naturally, i demand Smokey’s exchange the defective item for a working one.
Oddly, they refused… then, the sales associate tried to blame me for the defective vaporizer! I was shocked!
He tried to accuse me of dripping e-​juice directly into the head of the clearo (which I never did).
THEN, blatantly accused me of dropping the entire device (I did not drop it once).
THEN, he blamed the manufacturer for making a poor quality device and said there’s nothing he can do and proceeded to offer me another battery for $ 25.
At that point, I had had enough of Smokey’s horrible business practices and walked out.
Summary of this shameful local business:
The staff is not knowledgeable about vaporizers or e-​juices and will attempt to take advantage of customers if given the opportunity. They sell low end product at extremely hiked up prices then, try to make you feel like you are getting a deal by «haggling» down the extremely hiked up price to a moderately hiked up price. Smokey’s is an example of poor customer service and will refuse to stand behind the products they sell.
Advice to my fellow citizens: Take your time and money elsewhere.
