This place doesn’t even deserve any stars to be honest. Came here for my lunch break and the woman is sitting in the back and when I ask for guacamole, she says«we don’t have any right now» your a Mexican taqueria and you don’t have guac? She could’ve have made some instead of sitting down. And top of that their chips are FILLED with oil -.-

Zero stars!!! I ordered a super nacho togo. Within 10 mins of getting to my workplace, my nachos where a runny mess. It was basically NACHOCHOWDER. What the heck. The chips literally dissolved in the watered down sour cream, guac, and cheese. Yuck. Never again!!! $ 8 down the drain! I threw it out, after a few bites with my fork, couldn’t do it.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I didn’t actually eat here but let me tell you why. I was standing in line surveying the menu for what to order andI decided on the taco special. I had my heart set on some tacos and couldn’t wait to bite into one. While waiting I was watching the worker prepare the order ahead of me. The first thing I noticed was that she didn’t have any gloves on. *UGH* ok whatever. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt and hope that she washed her hands. I just noticed that she was folding the burrito so perhaps she had very little contact with the food. Now onto the second part of that order, another burrito. I watched this time from beginning to end. She heats up the tortilla, uses scoops to put in the meat and the beans. Then she moves on to the lettuce, full on contact with hands and lettuce. *gross* Next the rice — she just grabs the rice with her hands and pops it in the burrito. *gagging* I mean seriously?! You can’t find a scoop to do that with??? Must you use your BARE hands to do that!!! I mean, forreals?! Are your hands ever that clean that it would be acceptable to prepare someone else’s food like that?! Just terrible and disgusting. That was the final straw for me. Nope nope nope. Walked over to hot dog on a stick and had a corn dog instead. Unless you want germs and whatever else all over your food, I HIGHLY recommend you don’t eat here. It’s disgusting.

Never, never, never again will I come here. It’s Sunday at 6pm and the place is a mess. Chip all over the floor all the garbage cans over flowing. The customer service was also a mess, the girl at the register was unfamiliar with the menu and had to ask the cooks for basic questions. The food was decent but over priced.

Okay. There are no more chairs to throw or pillows to punch(I’ll clean up the mess later). I’m rarely emotional while writing a review, but I’m still upset over what happened on Sunday. I ordered from the kiosk for the first time. I didn’t quite get what I wanted, and the guy who helped me cost the kiosk some money. I could have been helped a little sooner, but I only had to wait a minute. I ordered 2 carnitas tacos(there are at least 5 types of meat to choose from, and you receive soft tacos). I wanted the Special(for $ 6.50, you also get rice, beans, and a salad), and I didn’t realize until the last minute that I was only getting 2 tacos. It’s my bad for not being super specific(I kind of wondered if something was up when I was asked how many tacos I wanted– with the Special, you’re automatically given 2). The menu is so bland in terms of color that I honestly didn’t notice the individual selections at first(in other words, everything just sort of blends in– only the selections in the middle of the menu really stand out). The guy couldn’t hear me that well, and vice versa(it was loud inside the mall, and so I raised my voice). Anyway, he refused to give me some rice when I asked for it(I asked twice). I even indicated that I was willing to upgrade to a Special(he probably didn’t hear me). He could have given me some rice and just charged me for it. That would have been fine. Instead, he gave me a hard time and basically indicated that I was getting what I ordered. He was technically right, but he wasn’t flexible at all. I was a new customer. I wasn’t expecting to be given some free rice. Jerk. I was thirsty, but I was so fed up that I ordered a drink from another kiosk even though I had to settle for my 2nd choice. To make matters worse, the other guy rang my order up. He did something wrong(he’s quite young and maybe inexperienced), and so the register indicated that I was due $ 25.95. The other guy stepped in and gave me my change. Well, I was supposed to get $ 16.01 back, but I was given $ 15.01. Before I sat down, I noticed that I was owed $ 1, but I decided to let it go(to be honest, I really would have yelled at the guy, and I decided that I wasn’t going to do that). I wasn’t given a receipt anyway(because of how I was treated earlier, I could easily picture myself being treated like a liar). Carnitas Tacos(with tax, they’re $ 2.02 each– it’s trivial, but I was really supposed to be charged $ 4.03, not $ 4.04): 7.5÷10. I thought about giving a higher score earlier, but I just can’t. My carnitas and refried beans were pretty good(pinto beans are an option too– I didn’t have any, but there are also 2 types of salsa to choose from). My tacos were also hot enough. Unfortunately, though, I received a real big piece of fat. I know that it can happen with carnitas(I regularly make carnitas at home), but this basically made up half of one of my tacos. That’s the main problem. The tacos are too small(it doesn’t really help that 2 tortillas are used for each). They’re overpriced even for mall food(there’s a food truck that stops by my workplace– their«small» tacos used to be $ 1, and are now $ 1.25 each). I ate my tacos like they were nothing, and then I promptly went to another kiosk(I was much happier with my food there). I’m actually willing to order from here again(I would order more wisely– I don’t want to fail to mention that there are over 30 selections on the menu), but only if the guy who helped me isn’t around. He pissed me off that much(he didn’t notice, but I even glared at him while walking by later).

Came by for lunch during the week. Located in the Food Court. Looks like only one guy working here. Had a chicken tostada which was fine. Asked about another dish that I didn’t recognize and the description seemed a bit too much fried tood for me. Pretty much your average taqueria. I’d eat here again.
