They treat you like you’re an addict and have a problem even if you DONT. I Was referred here by the courts when I got my DUI. I pay for my drug tests once a week, pay for the classes once a week, the staff is nice to me. That’s the reason I’m giving 3 stars… It’s a great program for people who have addictions. I don’t know much about the CPS caseloads. (I edited this post, I was a little upset in the one before) my counselor seems to get me and I appreciate her!

If you ordered into Terra Firma supervised visitation do not allow Rayleen to be your supervisor if your a man!!! She acts like a hater and treats all men like child molesters. The first person I met at Terra Firma was Rayleen and I was greeted with a very unprofessional and abrasive; «Why are you here, is it for child molestation?». You can’t trust her reports and she projects a specter of discomfort over the visits which are hard enough to get thru with the nicest of supervisors.
I found none of the supervisors to be qualified in any area of family therapy or psychology and often don’t get it right when you need it the most. The court will take what these «nonprofessionals» write as if it came from a qualified therapist. By the time you get thru the 1
or more years 730 Evaluation process and are exonerated of the false abuse allegations from the malicious mother, you will be broke and have had your child alienated from you.
The Commissioner in my case (Elizabeth Hendrickson) placed my child into indefinite supervised visitation «because of my animosity towards the mother». The mother had made a false abuse report against me during a custody dispute which was proven false by the 730 Evaluator. The 730 recommended that «Supervised visitation should be immediately suspended because it makes the child think the father cannot handle the child on his own».
Elizabeth Hendrickson stated; «We have something here that is working fabulously» and discarded the 730 recommendation entirely (which is almost unheard of BTW). After three years of supervised visits and my daughter crying that she «wanted to see her baby brother more before he gets too big”(my son was in my full time care from my new wife) and bursting into tears as she exclaimed «I’m afraid my brother is going to forget about me!»; nobody did anything to change anything for the child. My motions fell on deaf and dumb ears of the court and I became hopeless of getting any remedy for my child’s suffering. Dr. Fallin, the 730 Evaluator pleaded to The «Holistic“Law Offices of Cherie T Davis via email after Elizabeth Hendrickson’s awful (and arguably illegal decision) to ignore the court order and encourage the mother to adopt his recommendation for the best interest of the child. He was completely ignored too.
After three years of supervised visits (aka «Baby Jail») my daughter began developing suicidal behavior and cutting and burning herself. She had to be 5150 more than twice to various child mental health hospitals. By the time I discovered what was going on we were in our fourth year of supervised visits and it was revealed that the child had been harming herself for a year at that point. Her mother is an RN and the child had been under the care of a regular MFT who either both missed the child’s symptoms or were hiding them to protect the mother.
At near our final visit (supervised by Rayleen) my daughter began opening up ad said «My mother is taking her anger out on me». She began showing me the cuts and burns and discussing her situation with me finally after years. Rayleen just yelled at us to shut up and said «This is not a therapy session!».
The «unsupervised» supervised visitation industry is a violation of a parent’s fundamental rights and promotes parental alienation. It has become a process to make money for the lawyers and owners of these establishments because it increases animosity and promotes more expensive litigation.
A citizen of the United States should not have to pay for their rights!!!
Unless there is evidence brought forth by the DA, due process, and a conviction that is relevant to child abuse or mental health issues which create a danger to the child, then no parent or child should be subjected to this abuse of discretion. Having an argument with a child or animosity towards the other parent is not a legal basis to be placed into supervised visitation.
Family Court is Unconstitutional based on the fact it has no Jury Trials. It is also rife with unethical and illegal behavior from the lawyers and bench officers due to the lack of oversight and cameras in the court room. You cannot prove that the record had been changed when the court flip flops on their decisions arbitrarily or offers unlawful reasons for denying a fit parent custody.
Write your Congressman or Senator to complain and get the Family Laws reformed!

I hate this place. They treat you like shit. They treat everyone like they are a criminal. How can you report them because they give unfair services

Bertha is the supervisor here. She does not follow the court orders, she lies to the courts and the police and asked about her process and the guidelines. She pretty much supports the paying party, as long as they can make their dollar. The staff and Bertha put the children in jeapordy, they don’t disclose the truth about what is really taking place at their facility or the people who they are supposed to supervise. Their is a huge corruptive behavior, and you really can’t do anything about it cause they are privately owned. They are putting peoples children in danger and jeapordy, they don’t want to do the right thing, they are biased. They want to get paid for a simply report, it is all about money at this facility, their is no concern for the welfare of the children.

The Staff Are So unprofessional, Rude And they see everyone as if you were a criminal.
I was offered by the courts to see my 11month old baby in terra firms because some problems I have with her mom.
It’s so expensive as well i didn’t care because I was able to see my daughter .
One of the supervisors told me I could only speak English to my 11month old daughter and was so rude.
And I as well paid 100 $ for a report of my visits they didn’t care that I needed it right away it took them 20 days to have it ready and the contract says that it’s done in 10.

Pretty good, I did a drug test here for internship back in 2013. It was quick, no appointment needed. I just called and asked for the business hours because I am referring my friend there. The lady over the phone said Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 6:45pm for drug test. I just wanna to post this to let other people know about the business hours. I looked online and I can’t find it.

Tiera firma is a extortion agency that helps in… awkward reunification for parents and children. For the very low price you can see ur child at an initial cost of 100 $(feesforenrolment)And uevery visit after that also very reasonably priced at 40 $.the duration is one hr… there are four main people there all related… its also air conditioned at like 40degrees, so dont worry about getting hot (i know I dont @132lbs)the saff there are extremely accommodating and very understanding of the sensitivity of the situation at hand oh yea if ur late its ony 5 $a min for every min ur late!!! 2time I schedule avisit I get conformation via phone conversation and couldn’t get ahold of me son on the day of the 2^nd vist (been3,times) iget a call from raylen in a very mono tone unconcerned voice saying my visit was @1… its 12:16 when she calls. I live in menlo park the extortion artists tiera firma is in Hayward. 35min to get there… I said its not till four raylen. well the father couldnt do 4 so its 1now… WHAAAAT???and I have to payfor the two visits… I havent seen my son in mos… his sister by my husband of 7 yrs lives here im college educated, we are tax payers im not on a probation or a parol, but I once was 9YEARS AGO!!! Im very very sad this placeexists and wish as parents we could bond together and get this reformed for poverty level people like myself…

They have been doing this for a long time. And know what they are doing.
With the passing of prop 47 I would like to see a couple more open up
Make it convenient for people so they can work and live.

Been here a few times for different things. Bertha runs this joint and don’t get on her bad side. Front counter deals with a lot of people, some good people some bad people. If you get caught right after they deal with a bad person then your service might not be all that great but just try to be a good person to bring them back to the light. If you are here for one of those bad reasons then leave your excuses at the door and do your best to straighten up your act because these guys that run the place have seen it all and you aren’t going to get one by on them, and if you think you did then your wrong. They are just giving you some rope to hang yourself with. If your one of the good people coming here then just follow the rules and everything will be fine, if you have any concerns then just tell Bertha and she will make sure it gets dealt with.
