Vicente is a great guy! I have taken my computer there twice, once to get a new hard drive, and once to have my forgotten password removed so I could actually use my computer. Very fast! And inexpensive. I will always take my computers to him. Judy

This place was such a disappointment. I’m not very computer savvy at all and took in my older desktop for a checkup or estimate because it has been making a loud humming noise as of late. Drop it off and the employee says he’ll call in 2 of hours to let me know if it’s a fan issue, hard drive issue, or virus. It was my day off so I ran errands all day. Six hours later still no call. I call in and he says it’s hard drive damage. He says it will be $ 150 to fix. I asked if it would be worth fixing or if I should just purchase a new computer. .again I know very little about this stuff. He says it’s up to me. I tell him to go ahead and fix it. It will be ready tomorrow by 6 pm. I let the next day go by due to my work schedule I couldn’t make it by six. I call in the next day asking if I could stop by before work to get it, sure he says. I show up about 20 mins later… it’s not ready it needs to update, should take 15 – 20 minutes. Okk that sucks, I can’t wait since work is 35 minutes away and I had timed it so that I could spend ten minutes there. He says to pick it up tomorrow. Saturday. I show up at 10 when they are to open, I wait 20 minutes and leave a message saying I’m outside waiting to pick up my computer and would like a call back as I have to leave to get to work on time. 30 minutes later he calls and says he was running late and just got to the store. They are closed Sunday so Monday I pick it up finally for $ 150.00 (that’s with the 10% off Unilocal coupon). I get it home and it is unable to connect to the Internet bc of the new hard drive. I go get a network cable for $ 20 at best buy. Today… just a couple days later it’s making the noise again. I call and tell him this, to which he says I didn’t hear a noise here. Well yeaahh the door just a couple feet away is wide open to Ast! So frustrated, I feel like I totally wasted nearly $ 200 plus all that time and gas since this place is 15 – 20 minutes away from my house and out of my way to work. Just awful.

Great place! Honest and straight to the point! Vince is a great guy and professional! The place to come is this three computers later three smiles later!

This review is a little late but I went there with a computer screen issue a year ago and the service and price were both wonderful! I took my computer to Best Buy and they told me that they could not fix it and manufacturer would have to do it out of desperation I brought it to these guys and it was taken care of in two hours.

Vicente fixed our home computer & personal laptop. We were happy with the service & quick turn-​around time. We’ll definitely be back for any future service needs!

Vicente runs this one-​stop mom & pop computer shop and the service you get is personal. He is very forthcoming and honest about what needs to be done, and I see him getting much repeat business. He works as quickly as possible and does his best to explain whatever problem is being addressed. He also carries an inventory of useful computer supplies — memory cards, flash drives, etc. The one-​on-​one nature of the service you get with Vicente, and his excellent talent and ability to diagnose, quietly work on and solve your computer woes, puts him an edge above massive Geek Squad-​type companies that take your money and reformat your hard drive and call it a day.
Top it off with reasonable prices and you’ve got a winner — definitely give him a call if the blue screen is giving you the blues.

This very small business is located on A st, between HWY 880 and Hesperian Blvd.
At first I was kind of reluctant because there were no reviews, no traffic but once I called him and gave him details he seemed to know what the problem was which was a hard drive going bad if not it was already dead. As I arrived I saw that he was one busy dude, there is one bench to sit on and dude is pretty cool as well and very professional I took it in on a Tuesday around like 1 and I called him around 4pm and told me what had happened to my poor hard drive
I have to give Vicentech a 5 star reviewi for the fast, simple and very economic. One of my desktop computers got the blue screen of death and a friend had told me about this place. I had already priced other places like Best Buys geek squad, Frys Electronics, Staples and when Vicente told me how much he was going to charge me WOW !!!
There is a $ 20.00 fee to diagnose the problem and if he does the work then he waives the fee. The replacement hard drive was only $ 49.99 + tax, and $ 50.00 for the whole service. He backed up my files and reloaded the memory on the new hard drive. Install fee included. WOW!!! That was cheap as heck and it was ready the next day.
My goofball Sister had given me and old laptop she didn’t use anymore because it was as old as her and had no internet service installed on it. I purchased a WI-​FI USB and that was only $ 21.00.
Nothing more that I can say but I will use him again :-)
