Today my daughter had an appointment with this Doctor. It was our first visit. When we got there the staff was rude. The receptionist Laquisha was too busy on the phone to take care of customers. To make things worst, the Doctor wasn’t there and they didn’t bother calling someone to say the appointment needed to be changed. Had we done that, we’d be charged $ 50 for a no-show. Laquisha was so rude and kept telling us to find another doctor. Of course that’s what we will do. I try my best to avoid these ghetto people and places. When people don’t care about how they conduct business, you certainly don’t want them taking care of your heath. PATIENTSBEWARE!!! Oh, and when this type of non-service happens, be sure to inform your insurance company because you don’t want a doctor billing for something that didn’t happen. The medical billing system is riddled with fraud.
