Business Owner

Robert B. Babut has been a Michigan resident for over 30 years. Born in Niagara Falls, New York, Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from the prestigious State University of New York at Buffalo.

Bob lives in Hazel Park, Michigan and has long been a community activist involved in many non-​profit organizations. He is a founder of the FernCare Free Medical Clinic in Ferndale. He has worked for many progressive political candidates. He has won numerous community service awards. He is currently the treasurer of the Oakland/​Macomb chapter of the National Organization for Women.

An avid animal lover, Bob has 2 dogs. Kahlua is a Yorkie/​Chihuahua and Rocky is a Boxer/​Bull Mastiff.
