Do yourself a favor by selectively choosing a safer and more trusted dentistry. I had a type one cavity (the smallest cavity possible) filled. While I was there the dentist recommended I replace a crown too. Although I had no pain I took his advice. The replacement crown cost about $ 800 plus the cost of the cavity. From what I understand the dentist drilled to close to to the nerve causing me intense pain and requiring a root canal. Now I had to add to my cost by paying for a root canal, and a new crown. This cost is close to $ 2000. After the work was completed I paid my balance and left. I received a bill on Sept 4^th for $ 106.70. Then on Oct 8^th 2015 I received another bill to the same work but the amount had changed to $ 351.70. The dentistry refuses to let me pay the $ 106.70 they claim I owe. Oct 30^th, not even 30 days from the last statement that is clearly incorrect life smile reported a balance of $ 457 on my credit report. This is during a time I am trying to purchase a house. My credit score went down almost 80 points. Life smiles refuses to communicate with me. I am going to do something I have never down before and leave my phone number so if any potential patient need proof of what I just written. They are great for fixing problem you are aware of like toothache and such. However if you have good insurance they are prone to making up problems that you didn’t know you had or that no other reputable dentist would find. My advice, get a second opinion for any problems they find during their Treatment Plan.

Who ever heard of a company charging fees to its clients/​customers for missed appointments? Well apparently LifeSmile Dental thinks that it can. It charges $ 30 for a missed appointments, not only that, the office mails you a ‘nasty gram’ stating how «They applaud your effort» for maintaining your dental health, but since you missed an appointment they will be charging you $ 30 for the missed appointment. My solution was to find a new dentist. I refused to pay my, my husband’s, and my son’s «missed appointment fees» and now LifeSmile is sending us to collections. I had been going to this dentist since my son got his first tooth, he is 14 now. I have poured tons of money into this business because I believed in their dentists and its practice. I am completely appalled at the way they have treated us.
