The get 1 star for showing up — all down hill from there. Sent to us by Lowes to repair our Dryer. Repairman was VERY rude. Got it working and it broke with the next load. Called that night to ask them to come back and ask for new repairman and spoke with their GM, Joe. He didn’t want to hear about the rude employee and said earliest they’d be back was 9 days later. When I wanted to discuss the lacking in Customer service, he told me to call Lowes and have another company fix my dryer. WOW!
Lodged complaint with Lowes and suggested they fire these contractors.

After a rather hefty amount of research on dishwashers, given dismal experiences on my last couple, I decided on a particular KitchenAid model. Looking around for an attractive deal, these folks seemed to have excellent pricing, a reasonable web site, and a quite professional presentation.
I ordered the dishwasher, and very quickly got an Email acknowledgement with a request to confirm the order, because being in California I wasn’t qualified for their free local installation policy. I wasn’t particularly surprised, not expecting an appliance man to fly halfway across the country, so I confirmed that I did want the item.
When I didn’t hear back in 24 hours, I called for assurance that the item was underway. I think they were a little bit surprised to get a call from an online customer, but within a couple of minutes they found me on the computer and told me that we were A-​OK.
The dishwasher left that day, and the Email tracking of the trucking company was rather impressive: I received about 20 Emails over the course of the journey — every time the item moved from city to city and telling me the specific truck on which it was loaded every time.
The item arrived without incident and the driver willingly moved the pallet inside my home.
Besides being quite pleased with my purchase, I can’t imagine a smoother online transaction for a major appliance. I’m happy to recommend this merchant.
