… As I flipped homes years ago, I used this online service often to get free estimates and to keep subcontractors honest.
I admit that I am an anal retentive individual with demanding taste, high expectations, a keen eye for details, and I am frugal; that is to say I am hard to please.
Dale gave us a great price and I could tell by his attitude and demeanor that Veteran Flooring was committed to ensuring that I would be satisfied.
The team at Veteran Flooring was cordial and considerate of our needs. They were punctual and courteous. Dale always answered his phone when I called and he addressed my concerns with sincere professionalism. Mark did a fantastic job installing and finishing our floor, as it was laid nice and tight with seamless transitions to our hundred year old existing floors.
We have been doing lots of work around our new old home in University City since we just moved in last month. Unfortunately, some debris made its way into the finish, so I had them come back twice to ensure it was flawless. Even though Dale would not charge me for the extra time and coatings, I insisted on paying them extra for their trouble.
I will certainly have them back for more projects. In hindsight, I wish that I had them refinish all of our floors before we moved in our furniture. I will confidently recommend Veteran Flooring to anyone looking for a great price with high a quality end product and excellent service.
