Wizard Swimming Pool Service

Don’t ever, ever, ever use this company. I use the title company loosely. Its just Sarah and Todd. She answers the phones and he does the work. Problem is she never answers and he lies and doesn’t do the work. I filed a claim through the HSA for my pool heater and they sent wizard pools. They apparently have a contract with them for some reason. Todd gladly took my 100 dollar deductible and said he had to order a part and would come back to install it when it came in. He never came back and they stopped answering our phone calls. It turns out he never even filed the claim with the HSA as he was suppose to. Now he’s lying to the HSA and trying to costs is more money just out of spite because we had to use another company. I’m not making any of this up out of anger although I am angry. I just want to be honest and hopefully nobody else will get involved with them and lose money. Never use them.

Have used Wizard in previous years and was very satisfied with their work and customer service. Something has changed. Office is run poorly. No one ever answers phone. Unable to diagnose problems correctly. With the multitude of pool service people in the area, I would look elsewhere.
