It was our June 11, our 28^th anniversary and we decided to really go all out, took a long time to save for this night! It was a Saturday afternoon and really warm out, we were dressed up and ready for a big night. Car arrived on time, guy was friendly. We get in the car and its sweltering! He didn’t think for one minute to put the air on back there for us until we told him how hot it was! We were like wet rags by the time it cooled off, after he told us to find the vents! We then went into NYC, NEVER! Not even one time did he open the car door for us!!! The whole night! I called on Monday to complain, the boss called me back on Thursday at almost 12 noon! I explained and he said it wasn’t a regular driver blah blah blah, I paid $ 900 and he said he’d take off $ 50! What a hero! I hung up on him! He didn’t care one ounce of the fact that we saved a lot for a big night, and got treated like it was for free and they were doing us a favor!!! Do yourself a favor and use someone else!
