History

Established in 2011.

Leonard’s Fine Dining replaced The Library restaurant which was in operation for over 40 years. The Library restaurant was closed in 2011 and Leonard’s Fine Dining opened in October of 2011. Chef Robert Hetherington is Disney trained and worked at both The Library and Leonard’s Fine Dining before purchasing it in June, 2012.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Chef Robert Hetherington was born in the Pocono area and polished his culinary skills at Walt Disney World at the prestigious Hollywood Brown Derby restaurant. He returned to Pennsylvania and continued his culinary pursuits at several restaurants and country clubs in the region. He joined The Library restaurant in 2009 and stayed on through its evolution into Leonard’s Fine Dining in 2011 and purchased Leonard’s in 2012.
