Description

Specialties

Most of the students I work with are focusing on Pre-calculus/Trig, Chemistry, Algebra (all levels), Geometry, Essay writing, Spanish 1 – 2, Physics, and SAT, ACT, and AP test prep. Younger students (K-6), often need a greater emphasis on basic skills such as reading, writing, math fundamentals, time management, and organization. I generally meet with students in my home for 1 hr meetings one to two times weekly. My experience as a yoga instructor helps me guide students with test-taking anxiety towards a clear understanding of the curriculum in each class. Focusing on the concepts, organization, time-management, assignment completion, note quality, test-prep, review, study for finals, and my unique understanding of the local schools all give me an advantage when working with your son or daughter!

First Grade to Junior College!

History

Established in 2010.

I was awarded as a «Life Member with Highest Honors» by the California Scholarship Federation, and I received all A’s during my educational carrier. Tutoring has always been part of my educational path, whether professionally or with friends, and I’ve discovered how to make learning fun and engaging! I graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College with an Associate in University Transfer after studying Chemistry, Calculus, Biology, Physics, Psychology, and Essay Composition, after which my partner and I begin a mobile yoga and personal training business, «Wine Country Fitness.» I tutor for all ages, and I even work with siblings in different grades attending different schools! I have over 5 years of experience tutoring professionally and working with learning challenges.
