BUGS!!!
Was concerned with the bad reviews but a friend wanted to try it – BIG MISTAKE!
We sat down and I immediately noticed a couple of bugs crawling on the ledge of the window we were sitting at. It’s Florida so I tried to dismiss it until I ordered a glass of wine … only to see some type of «critter» lying dead inside the glass, floating in the wine. I immediately remembered seeing reviews about this on-​line and was COMPLETELY grossed out.
The appetizer I could not stomach (after the bug fiasco). The entrée was ok, but I just couldn’t shake the thought of bugs everywhere.
To my shock, after dinner, they brought the bill and still charged me for the wine! No manager ever stopped by and the very young waiters did their best to make light of the situation, however, an adult manager really should have stopped by to apologize for the situation. I will never go back and I will tell whomever will listen about this experience– ugh!

Old style Italian, everything is lame in this cuisine. Beware of the critters. Place smells like Old, almost lie a funeral home. Service is mediocre and salads are old and wilted, rancid vegetables and tasteless dressings. DO NoT EAt hErE.

I have been to Luigino’s many times and it gets worse and worse. I found dirty bathrooms and dust on the blinds… this is not the place it used to be. Sadly my family will no longer go there. The value is gone.

Average food. Should have figured it out when most all the customers were at the bar drinking and not having dinner.

I eat here a lot due to the location. However, the past couple a months they have gone down hill. As a bar manager myself I give places more than enough try’s before I give up… Well I give up. This place is awful. Chicken parm is good but not work the money or hassle.

Went here for dinner with another couple. The food was so so had the chicken parm with spaghetti the sauce was good. Didn’t care for the service to much had to ask a couple times for things and took to long. For desert I had cheese cake which was still frozen when I got it. Maybe it was a bad day and I will have to give it another try.

I went here for lunch with a couple of coworkers. There were only 4 other tables filled in the restaurant, however we had to wait for quite a long time for our food. We only ordered 3 salads and a Flatbread so the wait did not make much sense to me especially with the lack of customers.
Overall though the food was alright and the atmosphere was nice. They changed the radio station for us since it was dull so I appreciate that, but the wait was very long.

We have had the pleasure of dinning at Luigino’s now on three different occasions. Across the board this establishment delivers. Food, Service, Atmosphere and Value. Tonight our standard group of four enjoyed Veal Piccata, Filet Tips Risotto, Shrimp Francese and Veal Francese. House and Caesar Salads. For desert we shared two orders of Chocolate Lava Cake, incredible. All OUTSTANDING! Professional friendly engaging service and attention to detail. We will be back and for good reason. Highly Recommend!

Dinner for our party of four was delicious, generous portioned dishes. Wait staff could not have been more helpful, professional and nice. Chef’s flan ended the meal on a high note.

Our first time here. It was wonderful! The food was so delicious. Service was great. When leaving, there was a terrible thunderstorm. The manager/​owner (?) asked us to stay until it calmed down outside and have a complimentary drink on him. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Will definitely be back!

Did the magical dining. All the staff was super friendly. Our server, Jeffrey was so sweet and funny. Food was great!

Giving one star is just me being nice. For an establishment with no patrons service was slower than LA traffic on the 405. Their food tasted horrible and the lettuce still had a soapy flavor to it, not to mention I was served something I did not order. Every employee that came to the table gave me an attitude especially when I asked for more cheese on my pasta. Pretty sure they are racist because I was with a black man. Never in my life have I been treated with such ignorance. The owners mother would be appalled by his manners. Nothing but disgust for this place. THE WORST

The worst meal I’ve ever paid money for.
I’d been to Luigino’s before, maybe 4 or 5 years ago and remember it being good. Now, it’s just awful. Out of the the food ordered from the 4 guests in our party, not a single thing was done correctly.
Caesar salad — chunks of the lettuce core in it.
$ 32 Filet ordered medium — comes out black and blue
$ 18 Ravioli — straight out of the freezer section of the grocery store, with very obviously canned sauce.
The worst was the $ 20 Steak & Wild Mushroom Risotto that my wife got. The steak tasted off, the ‘wild mushrooms’ were button mushrooms. And, when my wife moved the risotto to the side, a half cup of grease was sitting at the bottom of the bowl. We do not normally complain about the food to our server — I didn’t even say anything about my chef boyardee ravioli. But when we told the server about the grease in the risotto, she said ‘thats just the oil’, ‘it always comes like that’, and when we told her that was gross and risotto should not have a half cup of grease in it, she told us ‘well its just a preference thing’. Sorry, if that’s how your risotto always comes out, you need some help in the kitchen. It was disgusting.
Used to be good, now it’s horrible. I will never go back again. Save $ 80 and go to fazzoli’s.

What a disaster on every level. Redesigned it would be a Great space. Great views. Hopefully a real restauranteur will take it over.

This place is something of a landmark now and most locals have tried it out. I believe it is under new ownership or management as the menu was different and the managers were too. This place used to be packed on Sundays as they served an incredible prime rib, but that is no more. We had a large dinner party on a Sunday and the place was empty. The food was quite good, but nothing like it was back around 2005. It’s unfortunate to see the decline. The staff was very friendly, however. Another plus, they remodeled the front bar area so it’s nice and open with lots of tv’s for watching sports and the like. I wish they’d done some work on the side dining rooms, however. Due to age, the place smells musty and old and damp. Sadly, I don’t think this place will be around much longer without a facelift and more quality menu items. It’s overpriced at this time.

Everything from the staff to the food was less than mediocre. Chain restaurants like Carabba’s have better quality food than Luigino’s could ever dream of. Staff was very uppity and pretentious which I am okay with as long as service and food quality delivers. Unfortunately they lacked in every aspect so I will not be returning.

We were visiting relatives in the area. We ate there because it was close by. The service for having no other patrons in the establishment was extremely slow. The price for a spaghetti dinner was extremely over-​priced but tasted good. At the end of our meal as we sat waiting a VERY LOUD and VULGAR argument was coming from out the kitchen. Every other word was a profanity of the worst kind and it sounded as if a fight had broke out and that maybe 911 should have been called for all I know. We asked to speak to the manager ASAP and come to find out it was him that was screaming fighting and shouting profanities at his own kitchen staff.
My sister and I explained how unprofessional it was. My mother and 90 year old grandmother were sitting there and could hear it all. My sister said absolutely we would not pay the bill. We were told «it was just a little cussing ladies.» He did eventually say he would comp the bill but not very friendly about it. The waitress by the door tried to tell us it was the kitchen staff’s fault. No, I am sorry I don’t care what happened in that kitchen– nobody deserves to be disrespected and treated like that in the workplace nor does a customer deserve to have to hear such profanities. I have been out to eat in all kinds of places and I have experienced such a scene.
I will never dine there again!

Magical dining was really good with stuffed mushrooms followed by stuffed pork chop. The meal ending with cheesecake. The service was excellent too.

We ordered takeout to bring back to our hotel across the street. They have a dinner menu and also a bar menu that you can choose from in the evening. This made for lots of options for our party of adults and kids. We ordered two pizzas, some chicken parmigiana sliders and a grilled steak salad. The order took about ½ an hour, which was fine because the food was definitely straight from the oven when we got it. The pizza is a thinner crust and had awesome flavor. The chicken parmigiana sliders must have been great because we never even got a bite of them from my brother! The steak salad was amazing; I think there was a whole side of beef on my salad, and the house Italian dressing was delicious. I only gave four stars because I never stepped foot in the restaurant, so I can only speak for the food and the take-​out service.

Very unpretentious. I love the outside atmosphere during the day– very peaceful and relaxing. The food is good! Steak flatbread is pretty awesome.
