History

Established in 2004.

Seismic Control Products specializes in vibration isolation, earthquake restraint and architectural sound control for the HVAC, plumbing and electrical construction market.

Since 2004, SCP has successfully completed hundreds of projects in Connecticut and Massachusetts. We take pride in the fact that our products and services have been used in many schools, hospitals, police & fire departments, military and defense facilities, universities, theaters, museums, stadiums and more.

Seismic Control Products has been called upon to perform design services and provide products to some special projects around the globe, Including; the New Giants Stadium in NJ, the New St. Bernard Parish Hospital in New Orleans, LA, and the New Prescott Public Library in Prescott, AZ to name a few.

Seismic Control Products works directly with engineers, contractors, building owners and code officials from start to finish assuring complete code compliance.

Meet the Manager

Tom C.

Manager

Tom Colletti began his career with a five-​year apprenticeship as a sheet metal worker in 1986 & worked as an installer for ten years in Connecticut and Arizona. It was during this time that Tom was introduced to vibration isolation, seismic restraint and architectural sound control. Being a sheet metal fabricator, designer and installer gives Tom the unique ability to understand what his customers face on the job site.

Tom became a territory rep. for a major vibration isolation & seismic restraint manufacturer in 1996. For the next 8 years he would build a territory of loyal customers and supply products and services to several projects in CT and Western MA.

In 2004, Mr. Colletti started Seismic Control Products. Through customer feedback, Tom aimed to find labor-​saving products to make installation more efficient and educate his clients on proper installation methods, code mandated requirements & proper product selection. We go to the site to assure proper installation.
