History
Established in 1995.
Bennys started as a sandwich shop in the business district. 6 years later we bought an historic building a few blocks away. We gutted it and turned it into a art deco themed restaurant with an open kitchen and full service. The chef-owner remains active. We’ve grown over the years as «locavores». All our meats are locally sourced directly from ranchers. We obtain as much produce as possible with a short growing season – we serve lots of root veggies and organic grains from local farmers. We make all our own soups stocks breads and pastries. We are a team committed to serving our friends and neighbors the best.

Margaret C.
Business Owner
Margaret has been in the food biz for 35 years. After getting her Masters degree in Classical languages she became a European style baker and made French bread and pastries for 15 years in Boston, Seattle and Helena before striking out and buying a sandwich shop in 1994. The rest is history.
