The Edwardian Inn offers an historic setting in the middle of a civil war battle field. The large hill at the back of the property served as a Union stronghold and battery though out the Civil War. Built in 1904, this Edwardian era classic offers 1st class accommodations and 5 star breakfasts.
History
Established in 1984.
In the early 1980’s, a group of concerned local invested joined together to bring the Edwardian Inn back to its former glory. Originally built in 1904 as a family home for a wealthy cotton merchant, the home was in need of major renovation. The Edwardian Inn opened in 1984 and has been operating as a B&B continuously since.
