I accept retainer in matters involving elder law (emphasizing incapacity and will contest proceedings) as well as special needs trusts, estate planning and administration; real estate law, including transactional work, boundary disputes, real estate assessment and exemption appeals, etc.; consultation with small to medium-sized business owners in business formation, contracts, employment, and state and federal regulatory compliance issues.
History
Established in 2012.
Mark Albright graduated from Reading Senior High School and received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Albright College in 1979, with a concentration in pre-law. Mark went on to earn his law degree at the University of Maryland — Francis King Carey School of Law in Baltimore.
Since graduation, Mark has gained private practice experience in solo, small, medium and large-firm environments. He obtained in-house experience as Secretary and General Counsel to Great Valley Savings Association in Reading, PA (since acquired by Fulton Financial Corporation). Mark also served in municipal government for several years as Executive Director of the Lehigh County, PA Office of Aging and Adult Services.
A member of the bar with over three decades of practice experience as well as the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc., Mark enjoys a Martindale-Hubbell® BV® Distinguished™ peer review rating.

Mark Albright was born and raised in Reading, Pennsylvania, and has resided in the Lehigh Valley since the 1980s. In addition to his solo private law practice, Mark is an active member of the Northampton County Bar Association, Bar Association of Lehigh County and Pennsylvania Bar Association, as well as the county associations’ Elder Law and Solo & Small Practice Committees.
He has served as a course planner and lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, chair of the Young Lawyers Section and Law Day Committee of the Berks County Bar Association, and co-chair of the Law Day Committee of the Bar Association of Lehigh County.
Mark is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, as well as a professional member of the Society for Human Resource Management and its Lehigh Valley chapter. He currently serves on the Hellertown-Lower Saucon Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
