The absolute worst service ever! I went in for an oil change and came out with the panel under my oil pan improperly fastened and eventually falling off! In addition, russell left dirty towels underneath my engine tucked away by the radiator. Nathan the assistant manager promised to contact his district office and have the part beneath my oil pan replaced. Of course, I haven’t heard anything since then and it’s been a week. Disappointing from start to finish. Never again.

Too bad for me they where in such a hurry and didn’t put down any paper protection on my mat.

Good service and reputably run. We had a accidental situation arise under previous management, but Ernest worked hard to see that our situation was taken care of even though the management had changed. As a result of such honesty and the quality service we have constantly received, I recommend their services.

I appreciate the quick service. I also how they took care of my wife on her visit. Not silly charges and no trying to over sell her with things that weren’t needed.

WARNING!!! Your vehicle is not being greased if you take it here!
I just found out that since Express Lube has bought this place that they have NEVER greased my vehicle!!!
They said that their grease gun does no work and no plans to fix it. (The attendant said its a small family owned business– wow, so what does that mean? It means they want your money but not give you what your paying for!)
So, all the grease fittings on my HD truck are dry! And so are yours!

My wife brought in our 02 civic for a state inspection. the tech said the tint was to reflective per his boss. And the boss then left because he was mad at the previous customer who also had an issue with the tint, finding this out afterwards. I bought the car new in 2002 and had Gunn honda install the tint at that time. So for the past 10 years of inspections has been no problem! My wife called and informed me of what they said but left to go somewhere else but it was an hour wait, so she went back (BIG MISTAKE) and to explain about the tint and to check again. The tech went in and was going to give her something in writing but came back and said they would do the inspection. We paid for the inspection and then they FAILED it for window tint! I BELIEVE HE SHOULD LOSS HIS LICENCE TO DO INSPECTIONS! He was a real jackass to my wife and me. I would recommend NO ONE EVER GO THERE.

I went in for a new inspection sticker. The tech managed to put a huge gouge in my clear UV window tint (which has a large cutout for the windshield stickers). He put the razor blade through the bottom of edge of the tint about a half inch in and tore the tint. When I addressed the problem with the owner/​manager, Sam, he told me that there was nothing he would do about it, and I should have warned the tech to be careful beforehand. He also gave me a series of excuses for why it happened, such as that the sticker was too close to the edge of the tint (there was a ½ inch border on all sides, minimum) among other excuses. He defended his tech saying that it was incredibly difficult to remove the stickers, and that there was no way he could have avoided wrecking it. The tech’s excuse was that a piece of the old sticker wedged itself under the tint, although it is obvious that a square edge blade went ½ inch in and ripped on the sides.
If they have these kinds of excuses for something as small as a window sticker, I hate to see how they handle their mistakes on a larger scale.

When I pulled up there was no wait so the oil change was very fast. All employees were very friendly and helpful. Update — This place went out of business. I got an oil change at express lube to find out my air filter were never changed by Helotes lube n tube! Extremely disappointed.

Quick and easy. Rarely wait long here as compared to the other Valvoline place on Bandera near Gilbeau.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now, there is never any unnecessary pricing and straight to the point, just like what a full service oil change should be.
The service is fast and everyone is always very nice. I highly recommend this to all my friends and family.

Very friendly as convenient service that goes from the front desk to the guys working in the bays. I will definitely be coming back here.
