History

Established in 2010.

The main office is based out of Dallas, TX, and they have been the top selling HUD Foreclosure office in that area. Randy Pereira is the licensed real estate agent, representing ULTIMA, in the San Antonio, TX Area.

As a 10yr USAF veteran (F-​16 Crew Chief), Randy’s passion has always been real estate and it started with the purchase of his first rental property in Alamogordo, NM.

He started his real estate career with a large real estate brokerage firm, and soon realized there were better ways to handle business.

His tech savvy and customer focused approach has helped him build a loyal client base. 90% of his expenses are directly related to getting the job done right for his clients, and NOT spent marketing his personal name, like most real estate companies.

This allows him to greatly reduce his operating cost, and pass the savings directly along to his clients, yet still provide the very best in real estate service.
