I honestly LOVVEEEDDDD my new nails. It’s my first time there. There a little quiet but hey idc as long as they do there job. I will definitely will be going back! I don’t mind if it’s a little more expensive it’s honestly worth it!!! Awesome job

Was customer for years, will never go back to this salon. Very unprofessional. Very rude.

Customer service… I was offended by the direction/​instruction to sit in the spa chair. No hello, I’ll be taking care of you today, please have a seat.

Ummmmm, these are emergency services for me and if ever needed again, I won’t be back! I will stick with my regular. Just gotta make time, smh… This is management’s responsibility to ensure staff make you feel welcome and address you properly. I guess I’m just used to better treatment. My staff has been trained to acknowledge everyone that walks in my door…

This was by far my worst experience in a nail salon. I went in just asking for a pedicure, while the lady was doing it my toes were burning. As I walked out and got into my car I looked under my feet and I had cuts and burns under my toes. I couldn’t even walk. When I was finally able to get ahold of the owner she explained she wouldn’t give me my money back and I could receive a gift certificate. I was so upset. So I then said if I use my gift certificate can I have you do my nails thinking the owner wouldn’t let this happen. My gift certificate was so 20 $ then nails I wanted were 30 $ which would be a difference of $ 10. So when I went to pay I was charged $ 15!!! When I asked what the other $ 5 was for she said she put gel on?! I DIDNT EVEN ASK FOE GEL! This is by far the worst place in town.

First timer today and I’m so glad I stopped in. I needed a quick manicure and I am very pleased with the service. The nail tech (her name is Evelyn) was very sweet. She did a very thorough job on cleaning up my nails and cuticles. My nails were in pretty bad shape! She took her time and sometimes other nail places rush through this service. The place is clean and I’ll definitely be back! I hope they get the SNS nail system that I asked about too! They quickly looked into it online while I was there and they seemed very interested in it! I hope that’s coming soon! :-)

The guy is still so rude and impatient with me and didn’t tell me I had nail fungus. Having gone to beauty school and doing nails myself I knew what it was so I waited to see if he would advise me to take off my nail and let it breath. Not one word from him until I asked him what to do. All he did was file that part down so it hurt my finger and put some solution, I imagine some kinda anti– fungal oil and then filled my nails as usual. If you are my nail person you need to inform me of what is best for my health and leaving fungus on my nails is not good for my health. If I hadn’t known what it was or what to do it could’ve ruined my nail.

Got a fill done and one of the guys who works there just seemed to not care. It wasnt just that one time, and i figured i’d give them another chance. He didnt file my nails and i mentioned it — his response was «sorry its too late. I already put the polish on.» There were areas that weren’t covered in gel as well as them getting all dented. Didnt clean up my nails around cuticles so they were left with shavings. Also he put a regular light on my nails to dry and said for me to wait 20 mins. Cheap? Didnt have a good experience! I also tipped him and he never said thank you. As I was walking out, I said thank you to everyone and no one even responded to me, as well as the guy who did my nails walked out of the building — right in front of me — and didnt even hold it open as I left. This place needs better customer service as well as ACTUAL nail service. I dont even know if he has his license. If anyone one wants to get their nails done here and feel good about themselves, I recommend the younger white girl. She’s really nice.

Today I tried Annie’s for the first time.
My pedicure turned out cute, the salon was clean, and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint is it’s a little more $$$ than the the usual places I go, and they didn’t do anything different or extra for the $.
I’m not saying I’ll never go back, but I won’t beat a path down there either.

I go here because it is close to my home. When Annie owned it I was never dissatisfied. Since Aaron and his wife and parents have taken over, this place has really gone downhill. Who wants a guy doing your nails that has food drips all over his shirt. DISGUSTING! I went about a month ago and had my nails done and they were okay I pay for pink and white but all he ever does is put pink on and then paint white. I’m not much of a complainer so I didn’t really say anything. Then four of my nails broke two on each hand. I’ve never had that problem before. Since I work Monday through Thursday from 6 AM until 4:30 PM and have to drive an hour and 1 hour and 15 minutes both ways. I had to cut my nails myself and I filed them down the best that I could. So I went back to the nail shop on Saturday and all he did was chastise me for a crappy job I did on my nails. Yeah I know jerk face i’m not a manicurist and frankly you’re not much of one either since my nails broke and you treat your customers like crap. DONT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY UNLESS YOU’RE INTO BEING BERATED AND HUMILIATED

This is my second time here. The place isn’t the most aesthetically pleasing, but it is clean and the service is impeccable. They do take a bit longer than other places in town but I think it is completely worth it. My nails look fantastic. The staff is really friendly, I will definitely be coming back here regularly.

The staff is very unkept looking… things don’t look clean or organized… I guess you get what you pay for.
