Horrible customer service. Lori the chain smoker needs to relearn the rules about wedding gift registry. She would not remove an item from my best friends gift registry because I did not have a receipt on me from a purchase made the day before. She could not even look it up said I had to go home and get it. Didn’t know it was going to be a issue to take an item off so I called corporate right in front of the store and talked with corp and they removed it. They also said that I could have purchased this item anywhere and should have been able to have it removed. Instead Lori accused me of allegedly wanting to remove the item so the bride and groom do not get the item. Who the hell goes out of there way to a bed bath and beyond of all places to do this. So now that it is removed I am returning the item and buying it from amazon because I rather give them the business than this horrible place with shit customer service.

Hemet Store, Love it. The people are so helpful The kid on the floor got so excited when I asked about the Dyson DC59 cordless for animal hair. He tore into giving me a demonstration that was great. All on his own nothing planned or pre setup, just he loved the product. Of course I bought it, and love it.

I like Bed, Bath & Beyond in a pinch… if I can plan ahead and order something online, I prefer to do that. They are pretty pricey. Our Hemet location is also super mini-​sized so you only really get 1⁄3 of the selection, but it’s clean and the staff is friendly. I do love that they accept their coupons even if they have expired.

Bed, Bath always has everything we need for our home. And if we can’t find something they can order us almost everything. We’ve been coming for years and love it here. And for our wedding they are so helpful and actually genuinely care. Love it.

This place can be extremely dangerous. I can spend a crap load of money here EASILY! Love their bedding and kitchen items the best. They have a pretty good candle section and they have nice art as well. Yes, their prices are pretty high but bring in those coupons you get in the mail and you can save a pretty good amount. Customer service has always been super nice and they are in the same shopping center as Walmart.

For being a newer store, I consider the organization of it a little poorly put together.
I absolutely love the kitchen items they carry though. Some interesting things you wouldn’t think to buy and aren’t carried elsewhere. Great for wedding registries too.
The bedding is a little on the pricey side, as is the artwork.
Staff has always been there to see if I need help with anything.
