I bought 2 homes through this office and recently sold one as a short sale. My agent was Matt Mc Pherson. It took 13 months to sell the house it was the most stressful time of my life and through it all Matt Mc Pherson was there to reassure me it would sell he had to deal with the banks demands and constant paper work, buyers backing out .I never saw anyone work harder to sell a house or get a job done. This office is a close working team the minute you walk in the door anyone will help you .The sweetest text message from Matt came at 6am December 27, 2012. IT CLOSED.
