Came to the bank to open an account and there was only one person working to help us out. There was a couple already being help and another couple waiting. I been waiting for an hour and the same people that were being helped are still here. The bank closed at in 30 minutes. Who knows if I will be able to get helped.

always having problem with either the people over the phone or the automated service. the automated service asks me questions and I put in the answers, then it says I answered them wrong. Have to wait on hold forever to transfer money, sometimes they don’t know that accounts are linked when they are, endless issues with Citibank, would never refer them and would recommend to never use Citibank. Big thumbs down.
