Our clientele includes not only homeowners but an impressive list of Real Estate agents, Brokers and Investors!

Payments are accepted at completion of services for home owners and net 30 for all Real Estate professionals and we do accept billing via escrow.

History

Cornerstone Home Services was first opened in 2009 and became incorporated in 2015.

Business Owner

In 1999 I enrolled into a 5 year sheelmetal training apprenticeship where I studied Commercial and Industrial HVAC design, fabrication and installation. Upon graduating from the apprenticeship in 2004, I became foreman for a $ 200 million/​year mechanical contractor and remained in that capacity until 2009. At the height of the recession, funding for the public projects we specialized in lost funding. I, along with dozens of other employees were laid off. It was then I had decided to work for myself to provide honest, quality home repair and maintenance services at a fair and competitive rate. We quickly became preferred vendors for 3 major nationwide asset companies performing service/​maintenance to the many bank owner/​REO and foreclosed properties throughout riverside county.

Today, we continue to provide the same great, honest service at a fair price.
