These guys are great make you feel at home. Jacob is top notch. They make you feel like family just like the name says. They do great work very happy with them.

I visited family auto sales on 10−22−15,they tried to sell me a car that was $ 2000 dollors above retail kelly blue book, if I would of taken the deal they offered me I would of paid almost twice what the car was worth, I can’t believe that people fall for these tactics, I was told by a very wise car salesman that if the math does not add up then it is not a good deal, do your homework people before you purchase a vehicle from any used car dealership.

I came in mid January of 2015 to see if I could get approved for a car. I was a first time buyer with horrible credit and had no luck with anyone else. Not only was I able to get approved for a car, but it was quick and painless! Their staff was professional, experienced, and friendly. They gave me a 2004 pt cruiser. After 9 months, I brought it back to trade it in for something better and got a 2008 jeep compass fully loaded. All in all, they treated me like I was family. Great used car place, bought a truck from them a couple of weeks ago… more than willing to work with us… truck runs great no issues… satisfied with the choice we made to buy from this dealer. After having a terrible experience with another used car dealership down in Indio I was scared to go to another used car dealer but this experience was great. They had what we wanted and for the right price.

When I was searching for a car I came here to check out what they had in stock. I felt so welcomed when I was approached. I remember the young lady offered me coffee which was nice. I loved the fact that it was ran by family and not some old man just wanting to get that sale. They were very cooperative to what I wanted. They weren’t trying to offer me a completely different car because of the price. Basically, they weren’t your standard pushy sales guys. I knew that buying my car here was an awesome decision and I come back often to get my oil change, which is nice to see everyone

From the moment I walked in my wife and I were greeted and attended to by John as if we were family. It was one of the easiest experiences at a car dealership I have ever had.
We walked out with a Ram Laramie and are very happy. As soon as we left the lot, I felt an issue with the power steering. I called and spoke to Jake, well needless to say, long story short, they took car of me WITHOUT any problems.
Tommy the finance manager is awesome gave me an opportunity to get the documents they needed since I work 80 miles away.
Nicole, took care and help out more than she needed to and for that my wife and I are very grateful. We will definitely be returning for our future car or truck needs.

This place and these people are very shady and unprofessional… DONT BUY FROM THEM!!! OR HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED BY THEM!!! THEY ACT LIKE THEY CARE BUT THEY DON’T. I so regret buying from them or having anything to do with them! Doing business with this «Family Auto» place has cost me so much! NEVER AGAIN. SUPPOSEDLY THIS FAMILY HAS A GREAT REPUTATION. LIARS NOTHING BUT LIARS!!! YOU’ll buy a car from this place and about a week later or 2 your chk engine light goes and its hell from there on! They’ll truly act and treat like it’s not their problem! They can’t even return a simple phone call. … Family Auto Sales!!! YOU LIED!!!

If u want too feel like a part of the family this is the place to go! From day one, I walked in the door with my wife we felt like a part of the family! The cars are what I like to say as close to a new car as they get! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a car! I will never go to another car lot again! The workers have the same vision as the family and in my point of view that’s all that matters! I would rank more stars if I could!!! My daughter and I went into their dealership last month, she was extremely excited to purchase her first car we looked around and heard good things about this dealership. Upon arriving the salesman was extremely friendly we heard it was a family owned ran and operated establishment, I was very excited about this. They sold my daughter a 2005Mazda. Upon buying the car it had problems with the radio which they said they would be happy to fix. It also needed to be looked over further as they had just purchased it from auction and informed her to bring it back in. Not even a week after having the car the check engine light and battery light turned on. they informed her when she called back they would not fix the radio, also that they were shorthanded and we’re going to be able to take a look at her car that she could leave it at a later date. Her car is there in the shop now and she has been informed that she will be responsible to pay to fix it. and a small town like him in your reputation is everything! I would have to strongly suggest never purchasing a car from the dealership as they do not stand behind their word nor do they sell quality vehicles! I was truly hoping the situation would be rectified however they were restrained me reluctant even after informing them I brought my family attorney into it!
