The drive through here is not well placed, when it gets busy here you’re waiting out onto Florida and blocking the right lane. It’s also a bit hard getting out of the drive through once you get your order… I can’t count the number of times people have exited through the«enter» driveway… you have to see it to understand. That said, the food here is always good, the service is spectacular, I’ve never had a bad meal from here :)

Well who doesn’t love In-N-Out. The only issue here is the parking and the incredibly long lines during busy hours.

I just passed by In & Out drive through and they gave me a raw burger!!! It was RAW inside the meat It was F%#Ken raw and gross!!! I was going to pass by again to scream at these idiots but my girl told me to forget it. It’s not worth the drive for $ 3 and change. These guys need to learn from Master Chief Kids

This is a great In-N-Out ! I was warmly greeted by Vonnie, and as my Mom and I are eating we are again shown hospitality from Kurt. I would definitely come back just because of those two employees making me feel comfortable.

I’ve never had a bad experience at any In N Out location and the Hemet location is no different. The employees are super friendly and hard working, and our food is always perfect.

Came here the other night to get my usual and asked for gluten free normally guy in drive thru presses a button. This time he didn’t and didn’t call inside to say allergy. The girl at the first window was like oh let me tell a cook. Guy at second window goes and checks and the cook didn’t know gluten free. They re made my food gluten free so I wouldn’t get sick and they talked to me at the window and apologized. Very friendly! Anthony was at second window he was so nice and helpful. There was a girl working front register and she also talked to me a little and was also very nice. I love coming here!

As people who are obsessed with in n out, this one is one of our all time favorite location. The food is always fresh and put together very well. Trevor(an employee here) is such a sweetie. He is very happy and willing to help everyone. He lifts the spirits of the customers here. Someone give him a raise!

The staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh. I will always pick In and out burger over any other burger.

This location has gone down hill. The staff spend too much time socializing with each other rather than indulging the customers. This location no longer lives up to the stellar customer service that In N Out is famous for.

So good, nice staff, clean place! Obviously the food is excellent, I’ve never been to an In N Out that didn’t have great food & staff. I just wish the parking lot was a little bigger, hard to get in n out of some times(no pun intended)

Not as good as I remembered it when I lived in Hemet. When I lived in Hawaii back in 2009 I remember having a conversation with one of my co-workers who said that his wife who grew up in California use to rave about it, but he said it was okay… there was nothing really special about it. I can relate with him now. After living away from an In-N-Out Burger for more than seven years and having the opportunity to eat from other restaurants and eateries that are excellent, I have grown accustom to a higher standard than what that California Based Company has to offer. I know their burgers must have rocked in the 1950s, but that was then and this is now. On the upside, given the choice I would opt for an In-N-Out burger over McDonald’s and Burger King any day of the year, but I would no longer go out of my way to eat their.

I know I currently have daggers pointed at me for giving an In N Out Burger a 3-star review. Well I have to agree with Gerg P’s review –http://www.yelp.com/biz/in-n-out-burger-hemet?hrid=HWv9p82SrjV-xf1jEkam3g&utm_campaign=www_review_share_popup&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_source=(direct). I have been to this location multiple time in my life and this was probably the worst it’s ever been. I normally always love In N Out Burger, because not only is it cheap, but it is super high-quality. This is the only time I can honestly say I was disappointed with my burger! I always order my burger protein-style(no buns, hun). That does not mean skimp on my burger patty; lettuce see burger patty! I barely saw any of the burger patty in between the leafs of lettuce that filled in for the buns. I was purely dissatisfied. It is practically a sin to give In N Out Burger less than a 5-star review. Even my fries were mediocre! The sad part is my husband noticed the lack in quality as well, so see, it wasn’t just me! I left there asking myself«where’s the beef»? I am sorry In N Out, but I was thoroughly looking forward to having this out-of-body experience after having my favorite burger in the entire world! Sorry folks, it wasn’t there this time! It was really a sad, sad experience that I am bummed to report.

Love In N Out! Luckily we came at a time that they don’t have a huge takeout line but don’t be surprised if you come and wait in line for a super long time. The staff were friendly and got our order correct the first time and we ordered 6 different orders that all had special instructions. Just awesome! The food is always good and always tastes fresh. This is one of my favorite«fast food» burger joints around.

I’m biased because I use to work here and I loved my job, but this location is great. The set-up is perfect, it’s always clean, and not as busy as many other locations in bigger cities. The food here is always hot and delicious. Also, I’m pretty sure some of my former co-workers are still here. Almost 10 years later. That says a lot about how great of a spot(and company) this is.

With family on the east side of Hemet, we always enjoy the opportunity to cruise Florida after a long drive from Pasadena. I mean, after the 55 mph zones along the Ramona Expressway, breathing in the delightful aroma of dairy cows… or if you go the other way, you get to savor the sights and sounds of Romoland before descending the hill into Hemet proper. Either way, an In n Out burger solves most of your problems. Despite a town with zero left turns allowed, the drive thru is a pretty easy… Well, in and out. The order monkey comes out with his magic box when the line gets too long, and they’re always service with a smile. They even have my favorite flowers planted as landscape plants. Between this and Carrows… Well, that’s an easy one.
