Beware of this cake pop business. This lady is extremely unreliable and will not return your deposit even if she breaks agreement. I would give her less than a whole star if I could. She also changes her business name frequently because she has such a bad rapport with many people, extremely poor customer service skills. Don’t waste your money on her like I did. She agreed to deliver a cake I ordered from her at the time specified and messaged me while I was on the road to meet her to pick up cake, and said that she could not meet for 3 more hours. Not a phone call, a message on facebook. I tried to set up an arrangement by having someone else pick the cake up for me and she continually lied and said the cake was ready to me, but told my pick up person she needed more and more time. On the day of a huge party, most people do not have time for this. She knew when I needed the cake for 3 weeks and she literally started the cake at the time she was supposed to deliver. I called and text her for 2 hours straight and she ignored my calls. I messaged her that I wanted my deposit back as she broke our agreement of when the cake was supposed to be delivered and she lied and said that it was my fault. Who runs a business like this? So because of this con, I am out $ 50 because she refused to reimburse me back and I just want others to know about this person so that this does not happen to someone else.
