Starbucks

Drive thru is always packed in the morning but they get me in and out quickly. Friendly service as well. Nice and clean.

The Flat White is my favorite so I thought I would stop at this Starbucks during my business trip to Hemet. Line was not long, which is unusual for any Starbucks these days. I ordered a Flat White and the young lady taking my order was too busy to listen to my name. I had to tell here four times what my name was and even spelled it for her and the cup says «Sammy». She was trying to take my order and talk to a coworker at the same time. While I admire the attempt at multitasking I believe she should have focused on one thing at a time.

Easily the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming here on and off since they opened this location. It has the longest wait times even when the drive through is dead. The Bathroom situation is hit and miss. It used to always be occupied with random homeless people. Now they installed a device that requires a code. Again, hit and miss as the device tends to malfunction.
I don’t even say anything about incorrectly made drinks anymore. First off, i don’t really need the Baristas attitude nor have the time to defend why i didn’t order something I’ve never ordered ever.
So basically feel free to come here if you’re not in a hurry or don’t mind going the bathroom outside or don’t mind having to get your drink remade.

This location is okay. I prefer the Stetson location. I’ve been here several times and almost every time their is a very unfriendly woman named Monica working the drive thru. I am always friendly to her, but she always has such an attitude! I will think twice before attending this location again.

My favorite Starbucks in the Hemet area. .I ordered a venti iced coffee with sf vanila. It was 3.25 and alot cheaper than a latte and just as good!

Best one in town. Makes my green tea perfectly .
Just wish there was one farther down into east Hemet. Never have any problems ordering here

Worst customer service ever! I’ve been to this location 3 times because it’s the closest one to me and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt for my first 2 visits. They NEVER get my order correct and the wait time is ridiculous. My orders are not complicated as I always get a green tea sweetened & my daughter who gets a vanilla bean with caramel and mocha drizzle… not hard! Today, I ordered 3 drinks but only got 2 of them so after watching several other drinks come out while I’m still waiting on my tea, I went the girl who took my order. She looked confused then apologized and said she would make it right away however ended up making the wrong drink (black tea instead of green) and when I called her on it she turned around and gave the incorrect drink to another customer for free. Then she makes the correct drink which appeared to be extremely watered down and went to charge me for it when I had already paid and had been waiting for 15 minutes at this point! She looked up my order and said she never charged me for the tea but wouldn’t give me a receipt and I was charged over $ 10 for 2 drinks that shouldn’t have been more than $ 8 with tax so I don’t even know what the hell she charged me for but I wasn’t going to cause a scene since it just isn’t my style. I told her if she was going to charge me again for the drink I already paid for then forget it, she can keep the damn drink. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION EVER!!! My return to Starbucks in general is now questionable and I was a very regular customer of the chain. Someone seriously needs to clean house over there, the staff is incompetent and has absolutely NO customer service skills at all. After waiting as long as I had to the for those drinks I should’ve been offered a free one! I would give no stars if I was able!

I almost want to give them 3 stars, but it’s a friendly and clean place with decent customer service. Wait times are a bit long inside, due to having a drive thru. I think any starbucks with a drive thru has increased wait times inside. I’ve only had the hot chai, and caramel ribbon crunch frap, so I can’t speak for the coffee, my drinks have tasted totally fine.
This is a small place, but it has lots of seating near power, and a couple of really good sized tables if you need space. Not much out here in Hemet so this is almost the town meeting hall. A group came in to try and sit 8 people just now… 3 had to leave due to the lack of seating. I don’t recommend coming here with the hopes of seating 6 people.

Most of the Baristas know my drinks and I would say they are accurate about 98% of the time. Four stars is for the fact that they are not perfect they make mistakes but it is for that one Barista that argued with me about how I orders my drink. I have ordered same drink same way for four years now! I knew what I was talking about And she argues with me and I could hear the frustration in her voice. Not cool! I go to Starbucks about five times a week and order same things I know my drink. Otherwise this place is far better then the other Hemet locations.

Very clean and well kept up sometimes service is pretty slow and get my order wrong but otherwise it’s very well kept and great customer service!

This particular location has a weird set up. It’s hard to get to and has a weird drive thru lane. But the drinks taste great and the interior of the store is bigger and has a pretty good amount of seating. Customer service is okay. Nothing special.

This Starbucks is dirty and slow. I don’t normally have bad experience at Starbucks but this store qualified for only 1 star. They steamed my soy so hot it burned my tongue and then we’re rude about adding more cold soy. Not a good experience!

Restaurant was very clean service was very on par with the prices a very nice place to relax and enjoy the internet bathrooms for clean

We arrived on foot between 7−8am. It was very nice, service smooth, drinks good. I was happy we arrived pre-​rush. Keep up the good work. Blueberry scones are yummy. My mom is partial to the chai, and I loved my peppermint cocoa.

By far… this is my favorite Starbucks. The only Starbucks where they always get my drink right and everyone is always friendly. I don’t even live in the city, but when I commute here for work, I will actually wait until I get here to have my morning caffeine fix.

They ALWAYS make my drink perfect here! It’s a must-​stop when I’m in Hemet

Although this particular Starbucks branch was smaller than the average ones, it still was up-​to-​par with it’s bigger sisters. It’s décor was not as cozy or warm as your typical, but will suffice for a nice cup of Java.
I will say, the staff here is super-​friendly and well-​mannered. I was politely greeted and offered some of their breakfast items on the menu. But it wasn’t just ‘me’; they greeted EVERYONE as such and it was genuine. Very great customer service here.
One of my only complaints is that they could use some shading for their storefront windows. I visited in the morning and that desert sun was blazing right through and cooking the window seating area. The in-​store seating is very basic and not too comfortable and there’s no outdoor seating; this makes cozy seating limited. Even still, at least the establishment was clean and well-​kept.
It gets pretty busy in the morning and it appears that they run out of breakfast veggie sandwiches quickly, so his keep this in mind with an alternative order when patronizing.

we just recently moved to Hemet and we frequent this Starbucks often but damn they are slow. I think they are very nice and everything but it takes too long to get a drink. I hate getting stuck in the drive through as I worry about an emergency happening.
I have been through many drive through and this one is extra extra slow. I only gave them 2 stars and not sure they deserve that.
