Fast, easy and affordable. I always receive emails with coupons near the time I need an oil change which is nice. They replace all of your fluids and if you need a top off you can come back any time before your next oil change is due to get refilled. Their database keeps track of all work done which is nice in case somebody tries to tell you there that your air filter needs replaced, or you need this or that done etc… it’ll be hard to bullshit you

I liked this place up until my most recent visit, when I asked them to be sure and check the brake fluid on my wife’s car. The technician then told me that they don’t do anything with brake fluid or the brake system of the car, and if I needed it checked/​filled I would have to do it myself. I let them finish up, then pulled around to the side and checked it myself. It was, as I suspected, below the minimum fill mark. Now, here’s the best part — guess what my invoice says?

Now, where I come from, choosing not to offer or perform a service is one thing. Falsifying documentation is quite another.

I have had several oil changes here, never a problem. Last night I went and sat on the dock for 45 minutes before my oil was ever changed. Then they broke my car. I was stuck there for 2 hours total. I drove in with a perfectly fine working car. Now I need to pay to have it reprogrammed. She messed up something electrical. John however was very kind and sweet, very accommodating. However, now I need a lot of repairs done that I didn’t need before the oil change. I have already called corporate because this is not fair.

Very efficient, drive through oil change. It can be a bit on the pricey side for local comparison but you are paying for quality, professionalism and a none pushy attitude.
I have never been so impressed with an oil change place.
Drive up, they guide you onto the platform they ask you a few questions, have you turn your engine on and off, do a safety check and then they let you know the basics of what you may need. Add air pressure to your tires, check your fluids, pay the bill and your off.
I do not know if it is normally an all female crew but it was today and they were all so communicative, efficient, quick and professional. The only oil change place Ill go to now.

Great service and very friendly. You stay in your car the whole time so actually see them doing the work. Bad experience with Jiffy Lube so I tried this place and will be a return customer.

Tried to check in on here with Unilocal but just botched it. So here is my review. This place is awesome, quick and easy. The staff are very thorough, and attentive. Got there at 815 and left at 8:26. One happy customer!

As quick as they say, thorough, good deal. The oil is a bit pricey, I can equate it to getting VIP at a club. That $ 10 bottle of Smirnoff costs 375 in VIP. Very friendly, no rush, no hassle.

I stopped for an oil change and got right in, no waiting. I didn’t even have to get out of the car. They checked and filed my other fluids too. It was so fast and everyone was so helpful. I will recommend then to all my friends. Good job!

I drive a CRZ and their honesty really impressed me as well as their quick service. I’ve never been to a Valvoline before but I am definitely coming back. I drive so far for work and never have time to get this oil change at my usual places now. it literally took 15 – 25 mins.

Staff members were very friendly. Facility was very clean. This is not the stereo typical grimy work shop with suspect characters walking around.
They do attempt to offer other services based on factory recommended maintenance. Some will appreciate this and others will take it as up selling.
As far as pricing is concerned, this was my first experience using a drive through service station, so I don’t know what the average going rate is for a basic oil change. I paid slightly over $ 42 for a basic conventional oil change. Seems a little steep, but once again this could be normal pricing for drive through stations.
I would recommend if you’re looking for a friendly, clean, and interactive experience.
If you’re budget conscience you might want to pass. As previously mentioned, basic oil change starts at a little over $ 40 dollars.

I was looking for a Valvoline here in Hemet and I found this one about 3 to 4 miles down the road from me. I pulled in and was taken in with in 3 minutes after pulling up. Your sit in your car and they take great care of you. Keep you informed of everything they do. Never pushy they are very friendly and great customer service. I will be using them from now on

This is my go to place. You stay in your car while they do their work. No upsale like Jiffy Lube even though they will recommend service that maybe due according to vehicle specs. Very friendly and they do what they say they are gonna do. A little pricey but you can find coupons. All my vehicles come here.
